Definitely a scam package delivered to another address with a different name apparently they work together to scan people
Thumpup, Inc/Thumpup.com appears to be a scam company with unbelievable pricing +(no tax & free shipping). After waiting for the notice that the iphone was shipped via FedEx, I waited for a few days then used the given tracking number. FedEx says item was delivered, the destination city was correct, but no address? and FedEx gives a name of a person who signed for it? No such name or delivery at this location! I tried contacting Thumpup at (support@thumpup.com) undeliverable! Waiting for response from seller and agent, no valid company address in NC, no valid shipping location in CA. FedEx shows item shipped from Tucson? Beware!
Thumpup .com is a scams they sent the item but to wrong name and address and will not reply back to me or the contract info send me a error message saying couldn’t be sent
This company is the scam, I but the phone, the company send to me the FedEx tracking number, when see , said I was delivered, when called by FedEx , because don’t received my items, FedEx said the tracking number was in other name and address, I try contacting the company never received answer,.
Well as embarrassing as this is, I was one of the stupid people that actually put trust in this online stop and purchased a iPhone. I paid $89.00 and never received my phone! They did send PayPal a tracking number that was to a package that was dropped of in my town but you see I placed my order on the 6th and when I looked up tracking number is showed that the order was shipped and first picked up on the 5th and delivered on the 7th! So how is this possible?
It’s not! The only reason that a tracking number was sent to PayPal was so they would get paid for you see PayPal will not release payment until order has been shipped! So they got their money & i still have NOT received my package! I have emailed every address found on the website and everyone of the emails I have sent have come back undeliverable! So I’m at a dead end and out $89.00! If only i could somehow get my money back but this is what I get for believing that I could have found a amazing price on a phone for a struggling single mother that didn’t deserve this at all! I feel violated to the fullest!
