Hi, I'm from Thailand. I placed an order on September 22, 2021. I never received the products. The View Your Order link and contact email provided is never worked. I tried to search for an active email and found service@janesoft2017.com. However, they said that the goods are in the queue to deliver. Later on, when I followed up again, they said there was a customs issue. So they offered a refund. So far, there's no proof of refund that I can check with the bank. This site should be banned.

I bought skates never received them. There is no reply to email and no phone number! It's a scam. Do not order!
I ordered skates on July 18 and have not received them as of yet which to date is September 7, 2021. No response from my email.

The email they use isn’t real and doesn’t work. I just spent $145 and I needed shoes for an event I’m doing ? it’s been two weeks and I’ve gotten no email about dispatch.

Probably a scam since they sell Impala skates for half the price. Also copied all of Impala's pictures. A quick google search didn't show me that Impala is listing their skates there/ had a collab so yeah, untrustworthy.

Hey. I would love to know more about this company as it seems they have great prices on roller skates and I want to buy but am too afraid that it might be a scam and I will only lose my money. Haven't found anyone buying things from this website from social media so it looks suspicious to me as well. Saw some roller skates really cheap that were all sold in dollskill online shop and the pictures from janesoft are copied from them. Maybe it's a second-hand website that might deal with dollskill and I hope its not a scam? I will let dollskill know there is a suspicious website selling their stuff and see what they have to say about it

This company also uses email address of dearonce@info.com and I ordered over $115.00 worth of merchandise on 3/6/21 and so far I have received 2 of 8 items so I stopped payment on paying them one red cent, thank goodness for credit card policies and I used PayPal which had my back as well! But I really wanted and still want what I ordered! I have emailed them countless times even sent pictures of their own pictures that show what shipped and what was under status “awaiting” since March!!!!!
