What is Cotosen.com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling different fashion items like tops, outerwears, bottoms, accessories, footwears and so on. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Cotosen as one of the suspicious sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address and other information:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as “SHENESS LTD: Leontiou A, 167, HAWAII KAMELIA COURT 3022 / Limassol, Cyprus on its Terms and Conditions page instead of Contact Us or About Us page and that is also by taking a screenshot of the address instead of directly writing the address on its website. Normally, the scam sites provide their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. However, the same company's name and address has been claimed by multiple sites such as Zoomdoll, Cojain, Monicara, Guyeasy, Coshein, Desities, Freeswoo, Supremesco, Ellemodes, SofiaLooks, Amentype, Monfina, Mama-Mom, Finensly, NewsUpTv, Teaprotect, Ifoull, GoveClothers, Vivicla, Roselsa, FannyMe, TheStumpfWtdouwant, Locewell, Uweres, Ihrehose, Newclothin, Goleo, Lvitsing, Minipiki, 2LoveIt, MyeDate, TigreBox, Aopilo and so on. Legit sites will mention on their website if the same company is operating multiple sites. But, it hasn’t provided any information about its connection with other sites whose contact details it has been using. So, it looks like this site hasn’t provided the real contact details and has copy-pasted those details from other websites.

Copied Images/Content:

Lots of content as well as website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is offering unreasonable discounts and sales offers on the price of lots of products it sells which seems unrealistic. Hence most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their website.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange of items purchased. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Support and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to it is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Cotosen is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. Cotosen are a scam.

I have put in a Transaction Dispute request to my bank, I want to get my money back.

By doing a reverse image (plagiarism) search through Google image, I found that Cotosen had the same images as Walmart.com, lightinthebox.com, alibaba.com, aliexpress.com, and yorkloves.com.

I want a refund for my purchase of Men's Outdoor Vintage Contrast Colour Henley Collar XL Khaki Shirt, which was sent to my address in Australia and had the price as $29.99 plus delivery of $10.99 to be a total of $40.98, but when I looked at my bank records it showed I had paid $60.68. When I discovered this I found the price had quoted was in US dollars, even though they advertise in Australia and the faulty shirt was sent to an Australian address, and when I look in Orders on their website it still says $29.99 (no mention of the currency) even though their address is in Hong Kong and my bank payment records shows it was received in Kent County Great Britain.

The shirt is useless. There is a white mark about 4cm long on the front of the shirt, it looks like a trace of bleach, the button holes are not holes and it is impossible to button up the shirt, and the dye on the shirt is very blotchy.

I cancelled my order, after reading many reviews of cotosen as being a scam, on 01/01/2023 the day after I had placed my order and two hours (14:39) before they sent me an email at 16:35 to say the shirt had been shipped.

I will continue to request reversal of my payment made to them, through the process called Transaction Dispute by my bank, and as a precaution I cancelled my debit card, please see the reviews below which describe them as a scamming company.

I got email replies from them, possibly because I cc copies of all correspondence to my bank, and first Norman of service at cotosen.com offered me a voucher for $11 (unclear if this is $US or $AU), and when I asked for their address to send it back to them for a full refund, I got a reply from Arganda Jen, with an offer of a partial refund of $8. I have not yet got their return address.

And I wonder if their Hong Kong address is correct because when I look up the address on your website it is Unit 17, 9/f., New Mandarin Plaza No 14 Science Museum Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon Hong Kong, but I can only find Import Genius as the occupants.

And when I dial +85253479176, which is the phone number on their website, I always get a recorded message saying "The number you have dialled cannot be reached at the moment. Please try again later."

And I found another address for Cotosen as being in Wan Chai, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong where they also trade as Topin Trading.

When I did a search of Cotosen reviews I found an extraordinary range of negative reviews which reported them as a scamming organisation from:-
    1. au.trustpilot.com
    2. productreview.com.au
    3. sitejabber.com
    4. 99consumer.com
    5. scam-detector.com
    6. de-reviews.com
    7. bbb.org
    8. reddit.com
    9. quora.com
    10. YouTube Cotosen scam

And 17track.net, the tracking platform they use, also has a terrible reputation, as being used by scamming companies.

      1. HI De Roka,

I would like to edit my review of cotosen .com

How do I do that? I want to add their return address which is in China.

        Kind regards,

        Garry

  2. Comeshirt purposefully created a false delivery tracking number (with wrong address) for our luggage that we bought on 8 October 2022. They used 17Track.net to provide us with tracking information and our "Archer Large Suitcase Hardside Luggage Style: Purple" Price: $59.90 was tracked as having been successfully delivered on 28 October 2022 to an address in Queensland (postcode 4160) not in NSW where we live, and in the delivery information it was described as having a weight of 0.02kg, which is absurdly light for a suitcase. We have submitted a Transaction Dispute with our bank (NAB) to recover our $59.90 from Comeshirt and it is still being processed. 17Track.net also appears to be the 'go to' tracking company for companies who are out to scam its customers. I have now read many reviews about comeshirt.com and 17track.net where the same thing has happened.

  3. Total Scam Chinese company. Ordered 5 shirts and never received the merchandise, its been over 3 months. Disputed the transcation with Capitol One; they denied the dispute because Cotosen stated I received the merchandise. Thanks Capitol One. Stay far away from this company.

  4. I am quite embarrassed that i talked myself into going against the reviews I read about this so called "online store." I seriously should have heeded the reviews. They have an incredibly appealing website, but that's as far as it goes. I placed my order on January 13, and have tracked my order several times. Every single time I look it up, it says "order being prepared." I would simply say to anyone who is thinking of ordering from them - DON'T DO IT. You will throw your money away.

  5. The rugged outdoor pullover that cost me $40.00 was nothing like what I ordered. My daughter say's it looks like a woman's blouse! It's also so tight it can't be worn if I wanted too...X/L is loose on me this was so tight I couldn't wear it if I wanted to. No communication...a total ripoff, I'm thankful they only got me for $40.00

  6. I also placed an order and received different low quality items I did not order. I used PayPal and after many, many messages with Cotosen I was issued a refund. Total SCAM!

  7. SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a jacket it was to small asked for a larger size in exchange I think I heard them fall off their chairs laughing, I sent it back registered. As requested, told me they never got the jacket. They did , for the package was returned to me unopened!! About 3 months later.

  8. Do not buy from this firm.
    Con artists.
    Delivery took two weeks.
The trousers where terrible, bad material, tiny pockets.
Then i tried to return them and it just got ridiculous. Mail after mail trying to get out of the right to a refund. One offer after the other wasting the 30 day return time to the result of no return or refund and the worst ever customer service every. Be aware there's no return what so ever, cheep nasty materials and pathetic service. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FIRM

  9. I too ordered a pair of "tactical pants for $69 & received a lime green pair of clown pants. They would not even try to find me the right pants but said sorry here is a $30 credit toward another purchase (which would probably the same ripoff). I had to resort to having my CC company deny the charges. They fought but lost.
    What a rip off.
I truly believe this is a chinese company preying on the unknowing using a fancy we site with nice picture etc. They snookered me but not again.

  10. Guys, we are also hoocked on COTOSEN. We have received a terribly bad quality clothes and one t-shirt is absolutely not the same we've ordered. They refuse to refund, just offering a Voucher... WHAT SHOULD WE DO? IS THERE SOME ORGANIZATION WHERE CAN WE APPLY FOR A HELP? Anyone has a success to get money back????

  11. I ordered 3 items from this company at the end of Feb this year. The amount of emails that have been written is unbelievable - forgetting to put my house number on my address, trousers not available in my size, and now I received 1 item which is not what I ordered! They thank me for my complaint, and were pleased I had received my ITEMS and want to give me a 18 euro coupon for their store because of the incorrect item. Total SCAM and I am fuming to say the lest...People stay well away from this company, even if their products look attractive.
SCAM = Cotosen, Cotosen = SCAM

  12. Hello, can someone help me? Cotosen robbed me to, maybe someone knows how to get a refund from them, because they can give only a voucher. Maybe there are more sites to seek for help? Please reply here if you can help me

    1. You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

      1. PayPal is NOT REFUNDING from this company or any other scam company because these people know how to send fraud emails and fraud info that Paypal accepts as PROOF that the scammer has done their part even up to delivery. I will not use PayPal ever again because I believe they are part of the scamming that is happening everywhere.

  13. I ordered a pair of boots, a vest and a belt. What i received was knockoffs of the real clothing. This company is a scam. Do not waste your money.

  14. Two months and no product and no explanation. I directed the order to be cancelled and reverse the payment as they have failed to meet the terms of the agreement. Lets see how that goes.

  15. Oh after my delivery come I wad happy but after looking at it wow the image is not what it shows look the import value £8 I payed £35 (45$) was shocked at the quality I thought as it was in dollars it wud come from the states ?? So I was safe from it being a scam

  16. Ugh... i just spent 200 dollars on pants, a mask, and a sweater... should have checked reviews. i called my bank and emailed Cotosen asking for my money back and to cancel the order, legit right after ordering.......... wish mne luck....

  17. Total scam!! I ordered a pullover for my husband, they sent the wrong one and wanted me to pay to send it back! So then they gave me a credit of part of the money and I bought a T-shirt, this time I got a cut out of a shirt that had no stitching in it and it was a light pink color!!! DON’T ORDER FROM COTOSEN!!!!

  18. Good thing I saw this website before I ordered. I am a graphic designer and have done promotional photography. I noticed there were photoshopped grunge on the clothing and that's why I checked - it looked fake. Thanks again and sorry people got ripped off.

  19. Avevo ordinato un cappotto di pelle del valore di circa 80 Euro, invece mi è arrivato un cappotto di scarso valore circa 15 Euro... ho richiesto il rimborso completo, in quanto non conforme a quanto ordinato...

  20. Yep. These guys are a scam. I ordered a tactical jacket, and got a piece of shit.
It in no way resembled what I ordered.
I'm $78 in the hole because of it....
They make it virtually impossible to receive any sort of refund....
Offering you a voucher instead, so you can just get ripped off again.

  21. Cotosen misrepresents its sub quality merchandise, then refuses to accept return. I am ashamed I tried a new company. DO NOT BUY FROM COTOSEN.

  22. Thank you for the review, I had come across this site by chance and I really liked their products, so I was planning on buying something as a gift. Then I had the thought of looking for some reviews and I found your site. Had I bought from them, it would have been a waste of money and a disappointing gift.
    Thank you very much again!

  23. Thanks for the heads up/affirmation - I ordered Something that was not as advertised. Product descriptions are vague and lacking!

  24. Miserable experience!!! Incompetent customer service personnel, coupled with NO customer service.
Constant game playing to avoid refunds. Cheap, ill fitting merchandise.
Inordinate delays in shipping, and lack, or no response to emails to customer service; almost completely unresponsive to any attempt to contact.
    Fake positive reviews!
Unquestionably, to me, a scam company.
    AVOID!!!!
    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!
    SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

  25. Thanks a lot for the warning! I almost made an order with them. Very beautiful pictures.

P.S. Does anyone know where you can buy things like the ones in their pictures?

  26. третий день заказ в обработке.. проверил отзывы.. основная масса говорит, что это кидалово.. отменил заказ, прислали письмо, что неделю будут обрабатывать возврат денег.. какие еще аргументы нужны, что это не кидалово?

3 days preparing order.. checked replies.. main aprt of them are sure of scam.. cancelled my order, received email about 7 days of processing the return of money.. need more arguments, that's scam?

  27. This Chinese company is a scam, they will send you fake items that do not look as in the picture, I have ordered a leather jacket I received a plastic jacket. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING you will be disappointed.

  28. Cotosen is a Chinese merchant. If you are even slightly experienced with them then you know what to expect. I ordered an XL jacket using the sizing chart which expressed American measurements/sizing. Although labeled XL it was the size of an American medium and not even close to fitting me. I am returning it but Cotosen refuses to pay return shipping and wanted me to give the jacket away and buy another. Since I have no idea what the sizes really are I'm not sure how to re-order. They also wanted me to return the jacket to China rather than the California return address on the package, which isn't happening, and says they will not accept returns made via Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc!! The typical Chinese business model seems to be if there's a problem at the merchant's end it's the customers fault or responsibility and not the merchant. I've about had it with any Chinese companies.

  29. This company is 100% a scam, the product quality is extremely poor and when asking for refunds they send you through loads of hurdles and I've yet to see my money back.

  30. Thank you for the effort you do in to keep us out of scam. As above, we live in a world full of cheating companies .....
