Its company’s address is provided at the bottom of its website as1927 Thurmond Mall Suite 102. There is no business with the name HenlaStore that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there are other businesses mentioned there.
Another address is mentioned at Shipping Policy page as 2361 Plaza De Oro Benicia California 94510. Google Maps pinpoints this address in the middle of road inside the residential area. Hence, we don't recommend this site for any kind of online shopping.
Security of the website:
It has provided the fake trust seal logo of Norton on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Helna store is a real scam. Paid with master card receipt showed I paid with PayPal which I do not even have. Never received merchandise, stop payment on my credit card. How come there site is still allowed on the internert?
I should have googled this place before placing a order. Multiple attempts have been made to this company which the emails get sent back undeliverable and no customer service number. So I have to contact my bank and touch base with them and get my money back. Wow such beautiful things and such a great value to be a big fraud.
We ordered an item and not a thing!! Can’t even email or call them!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT SITE , ITS A SCAM!!!! They need to be stopped from scamming! They are using someone’s website, because there is a lot of stuff on it and it looks very legitimate. Scammers know how to do it!! I have read all the above comments and I agree wholeheartedly! Scam! Scam! Scam! They take your money and run. No response to emails and of course they leave no business address that is real. They need to be stopped. I hope everyone reads these comments before they order everything from Henla or Nolan companies!!! They are very good at taking the money but the customer gets no product. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!
I got scammed too. The price with discount seemed very attractive but it was too good to be true. I received an order confirmation then a fake shipping alert from NolanStore. I tried using the order number for package tracking but it replied that the order number was incorrect. No response to emails. I have alerted my credit card company and disputed the charge.
I ordered from them back in July. Never heard from them. I paid thru PayPal so I went to them. They told me to contact the company so I emailed them 4 times. I never got a response. PayPal said because FedEx said they delivered it they wouldn't do anything u had to take it up with FedEx. So I filed a claim with them, they told me because no signature was required they wouldn't do anything to take it up with the company. I have no faith in any company online anymore. We are in a rural area and someone is always here as we are remodeling a house, never received a package...never saw FedEx. I have asked the people down the road if it was delivered there by accident (80 yr old couple that delivers us fresh eggs) and they didn't see it. All a big scam!! Thought I was safe with PayPal and FedEx but they are just like the rest!
I never received a tracking number after several email attempts and over 30 days of waiting. I contacted Paypal and they had a FEDEX tracking number. It said it was delivered 12 hours after I placed the order!!!! Impossible!!!! It said it came from Tennessee and was delivered to Cleveland, OH. No address provided and signed by "Hernandez". Not my name! The FEDEX tracking said the package was 2 lbs. The package should have weighed over 20 lbs. Henlastore has not returned any emails so I contacted Paypal for a refund. Waiting on the results.
I was scammed by them. I have been keeping close eyes on them, they go by Nolan Store now.
Just like everybody else I thought the price was too good to be true and free shipping. They are scammers... thank God I went through PayPal. I found them through Google. I think Google has a responsibility to check these companies out. PayPal will always get your money back. Never pay for "anything" straight from your credit card (ALWAYS) go through PayPal they protect you every single sale.

Henlastore is a scam. Thankfully I went through PayPal for my purchase. Funds were refunded .
I made an order for 6 tub o' towels and never received a tracking number for my order.
I should have found this site early. Dumb me ordered a $100 item. Something in the back of my mind told me to do some research on this company. So today I contacted to cancel the order. Did not hear back so I contracted PayPal
I, too, ordered two Winix 5500-2 air filter devices three weeks ago. There has been no shipping information, although I received an order confirmation. Neither of email addresses, support@henlastore.com nor contact@henlastoe .com are valid email addresses. There is no city given in the address info. I have notified my credit card company.
Damn. Glad I didn't buy anything from them. Why do they still have a website up. They need to be in Jail. Thats cyber crime.
I ordered something from the Henla store online and it never arrived. All attempts to contact them through email turned out to be dead ends. They are a scam.

This site is a scam. It is very similar to another site called JPARROTT that scammed me last week. I've learned my lesson to research sites with ridiculously low prices before I buy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I ordered a dish set and never received it. I tried to contact them through the email they linked in order confirmation email and it was undeliverable multiple times.
I suffered the same fate with this Scammer. I get a message of an undeliverable address for the bogus email they have. I have filed a criminal complaint with IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center). It might not be much but it's something to bring attention to these Chinese criminals (The name they have on their PayPal account is;Võ Thành Liêm
I have since filed another complaint with the FCC. At least maybe they can remove their web page. Man make sure you do your homework and don't buy anything directly from China or Chinese nationals and this goes for Russians as well. Also, beware of an eBay Seller, a Russian - eBay - Адам Патрашков - they sell electronics. The same thing as Henla, never answers you or gives you shipment info.
I placed an order for two sets of dishes, totaling $67.98. I’m always Leary about using my credit card online so I put money into a PayPal account to pay for it. The money was taken the day I placed the order. It is now August 11, and have not heard anything from them. I’ve written letters 3 times, no response. Any suggestion on how to get my money back?
I just made a purchase with this Henla Store and I'm having a problem getting any shipping info despite several emails requesting it. I have since filed a dispute with PayPal and am in the process of getting my money back. Maybe if we complain to Google they can take this webpage from their search engine.

I contacted my debit mastercard bank within an hour of placing my online $41.99 order, after reading all the negative comments online. The debit charge was already pending. The bank said wait 10 business days, and if I don't receive what I ordered, the bank will dispute the charge.
I ordered a marine battery charger from them. I received confirmation of the order, however it never changed status to shipped. I sent email to both upport@henlastore.com and contact@henlastore.com asking for status of order. Both emails were returned as failure notice from yahoo. It appears neither of the emails are valid. Do not trust this company.
I ordered a security camera a week ago and haven’t heard nothing from Them there’s no phone number my emails get kicked back from them they need to put a stop to these people if they’re a scam do not order from this online retailer.

Well, I thought the price on Henla $20 cheaper than elsewhere was worth a shot so I placed an order 8 days ago. Luckily, I spent less than $53...however like the other commenters, I have yet to receive any new information past "here's your order number and we'll send you the tracking number when we have it."
2 emails to them (to different email addresses) have gained no reply. I've decided to try their "click here to cancel your order" knowing full well that I'll probably be out the $53 anyway. Good luck, I hope others see these issues and avoid this site.
I placed an order on July 24 through Paypal. I got the same information from Fedex regarding the tracking number. There has been no communication from Henlastore. I filed a claim with Paypal today.
I ordered a ceiling fan for 314.00 and have heard nothing. They took my money but I got nothing in return. My emails were undeliverable . SCAM Do not shop here. THIEVES.
FYI, I just submitted a complaint through the BBB site. It might not get me a refund but hopefully others will see their rating drop even more and avoid them. I'd encourage you to do the same.

I have purchased a Coast headlamp for $55.64 on the 30th of July. Price was the lowest I could find on the internet. After 5 days of no progress/shipping at their website, I sent an email to inquire about, in which I received a no-reply email from Paypal with all of my info regarding the purchase, along with a tracking number. On the 3rd of August I called FEDEX to understand why I had my tracking order as "Delivered" on their website as they informed that my personal details would not match the provided number. Double checked the number, still not a match.
Veredict: SCAM.
Suspicious point I overlooked throughout the process:
_Address on the website seems not legit
_No contact numbers
_No traces of it's reputation over the internet
I got burned also. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Also emailed them and it came back as undeliverable. I Messaged them through the website. No response whatsoever. So I got burned for $77. Probably going to have to get a new debit card as well. Sites like this need to be shit down.
I should have known it was a scam because ot "great deals" available on nice tools. Have not heard anything from them since I placed order only that my credit card was charged.

BEWARE! I placed an order with them ($257) on 16JULY 2021 and have heard nothing since. I contacted customer service 3 times only to have my email sent back "undeliverable". I tried their customer service form on their site, no response. I did not receive an email with a tracking number, however I did see one posted in my PayPal receipt. I looked it up, it said delivered on 20July 2021, however I received nothing. I called FedEx, they said that tracking number wasn't even associated with my name and address, therefore the company gave me a wrong tracking number. I have put a claim into PayPal so hoping I am not out $257. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I placed an order last week. This morning I received an email from them advising they processed the order and will notify me when it ships. I asked where it ships from, but no reply yet. I will let you know if I hear back. As for credit card info, I paid through PayPal, which they accept. I wouldn't expect anything fraudulent from PayPal. But...wish I had seen this site before placing the order. Other Sellers had it for about the same price.
