Same happened to me. I ordered flatware for $145, never received it even though the fed ex tracking number says it was delivered. PayPal refunded my money.
I got scammed out of $98! I received a tracking # but I never received my package. I tried to email Bigbangz and it bounced back. There website is gone too! From reading through the complaints I'm contacting PayPal to see about a refund.
They are FAKE, THIEF, SCAM! I ORDERED FROM Bigbangz. They took my money. I have emailed them tried to contact the company it came back as undeliverable. I tried with Pay Pal They contacted the seller and they told them they delivered it which is a lie! They are horrible thieves!
Yes, BigBangzShop.com is definitely a scam website. They used a fake/wrong Fedex tracking number to cheat me and PayPal, so PayPal denied my request for refunding.

Bigbangz.com is a total scam. Do not order any thing. Purchased three items two months ago never shows up. They steal you money. This site should be closed. Everything is fake. The FedEx tracking is totally fake. "Pham Quoc Pham" is fake name. the address is fake and can not track them down. When you research them you find out everything is fake. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAM. They rub you blind folded.

I think FedEx is in on this as someone else has suggested. I placed order 8:30 pm on Thursday for 5 items $157. I actually had a valid tracking of a 7 lb package appropriate size delivered two days later Saturday 1:13pm. There was absolutely no package delivered to my home. I just moved in and receive packages daily. They got me too for $154. I have no PayPal claim it shows a 7lb package delivered. Nope and can’t file with FedEx either. I had a bad feeling, but the bottom of the website looked legit and figured always have protection by PayPal. No you don’t when it shows delivered. Always check the package sizes too, as I have been scammed twice and they did not pay when I ordered a comforter but it was delivered in an envelope! Yep!

I ordered 5 boxes of golf balls and never received it. Fed Ex claims they delivered it to another address.
Scammers for sure! Same story……confirmation number and a receipt saying they will notify me when item is shipped. Never got a notification, never received product and the email address to contact them does not work. Wish I would have read these reviews before donating my money to them. RUN!
On August 22, 2021; My purchase of a thermostat well and a comforter for $90.56 has not arrived. The company sent me a confirmation of payment, a tracking number and that they would send a text when the products are sent. I never got the text stating it was sent and contact pages would not load. To date, nothing received, no texts or products.

I have a similar story to everyone else. Made a purchase, received an email receipt, things look legit. Several days pass with no shipping information and no delivery. Then notice the store website is gone and emails to the contact are undeliverable. After disputing the charge with my credit card, I received a PayPal email from the shipper with a FedEx tracking number for a delivered package to my ZIP code but not my address. Not only a fraudulent website but an inside person at FedEx with access shipping info to make it appear that shipments were made so payments cannot be disputed. Still working with the credit card and FedEx to reverse the payment.
Anonymous I was scam by BigBangzShop.com never received my package be aware of these scam artist now I’m out of pocket money that I purchase things for my church. “You got once you will not get me again”.
On the 22nd of August. I ordered two zmodo 1080p outdoor cameras. Couple days later i get a email from paypal with a tracking number from fedex saying it was delivered. And that it was given to a "front desk" and signed by a "Cornmesser". Well i tried emailing the email i got from the "paypal" and ive heard nothing back. I also tried emailing the BIGBANGZ store contact email. I got a mailer demon reply back saying its not a legit email.
No here is the humorous part. I had to go into my local sheriff's office for some other business. The officer that scans you and takes your temp at the " front desk". Last name is Cornmesser!!!! So come Tuesday after labor day. I will go back up jist to ask about it and show them the fedex "paperwork".

BigBangZ is definitely a fraudulent company. They took my money and did not send the product. Their email is not valid. American Express reversed the charges.
I used Alohaz which was just another fraudulent name for Henla Store. Scammer also used BigBangz and Dataz Shop. I also filed a claim with Paypal but they said merchandise received so closed my case. However, I did not receive my purchase. I also agree with Eric Armstrong because that is exactly what happened to me (except the Asian fake name was different).
It IS A SCAM!!! I made what I thought was a purchase. I got an email response with a Fed Ex tracking number. The number was fraudulent. It was a number to someone else’s pkg. I emailed the contact person, no response. After the purchase, the whole site is gone. IT IS FAKE.

The "BIGBANGZ" website I purchased a whole house surge protector from was up on 20 AUG 21 and down within a couple days. A fraudulent tracking#, according to Fedex, was used without even a Street address. Fedex picked up an envelope in Connecticut but can't even say where they delivered it. So I am suspicious about whether Fedex has someone nefarious working at Fedex. I will be staying away from Fedex for the time being. Credit card companies & banks are attempting to work with the FBI to track these people down.

After checking with FedEx and PayPal to find the merchandise that was never delivered, PayPal sent my complaint to the site owner. The site was then taken down. I've never received any response from
"BigBangzShop.com" (the site), or "Cao Thi Chi" (the name PayPal gave my money too) or "VirlanBurgamy@Hotmail.com" (who sent the receipt of purchase and the supposed delivery notification). Note, too, that the delivery address in the email-notification was correct, but FedEx says that the street address it was sent to was completely different.

This is a scam website it is fraudulent and they will even send you a package with incorrect name and address so that you can not dispute with your credit card company. It shows delivered but it’s the wrong name/address
Exactly, they sent Fedex tracking number, and my package was signed by somebody I don't even know. I filed claims with both Paypal and Fedex without success.
