To me it already smells like a scam because 2 orders with the same tracking number “Computer RV520538455CN” tripod for camera (2 shipping) “RV520538455CN” because the first one they say they have delivered but I have not received anything.
In the tracing they say delivered but in a bubble at 21.57 in another bubble delivered at 22.57.

On Nov 10th I ordered the Stainless steel cutlery drain rack for $23.98. Part no. SKU: HT2401379 which per your email you confirmed the order. On Nov 20th I recieved your email saying the order was shipped and that it would take 15-20 days to recieve. As of today Dec 7, 2020 I have yet to recieve it. It is a Christmas present. Hi! I bought the SAME rack and after a huge wait I received ONE small basket. I’ve contacted them and keep getting emails from a “David” who first told me that the one basket was what I ordered, then offered “generously” to refund 10% of the cost back to me!! I believe that online store is definitely a scam, or at least one that intends to take your money and give you nothing. Since it’s a Christmas gift, I do hope you have a better experience.

On December 22nd a small package arrived with the sponge rack only. I assumed the rest would arrive later but it never did. You guys wrote a review raising suspicions about our store which we legitimately operate for something less than a year now. In order to prove our trustworthiness, we sent you out an e-mail to your support address, inviting you to schedule a call with our team members as well as send you our product samples to investigate the quality of the products for yourself, so you can reevaluate your opinion on our product and services. However, seems like your domain is not existent according to Google. Here’s the message that we got:

It feels a bit hypocritical to run a scam-review website and then not have a functional support e-mail. If our store didn’t have a functional e-mail address even for 1 day, we would be done.

This site is weird… we found a review about our site which we are operating legitimately but somehow there was a misrepresentation of certain information and then classify us as a scam. Tried to reach out to the team at their email provided on their website ‘support@de-reviews.com’, to provide clarification so the team can provide a proper review and not mislead readers. Turned out the email is not even functioning while they are constantly reviewing sites and calling sites scam. One of the more frequent feedback this site provides about a ‘scam site’ is the site not publishing their complete contact information, yet turned out this site itself provides an invalid email address to prevent people from reaching out to them.
Pot calling the kettle black? Starting to question the legitimacy of this website.

I was recently scammed to by this “PivotLight” company for $77.97. Ordered some “cat tree trunks” play houses and rec’d after 4 months some blue fabric covered disks. Writing to them does no good as they only want you to spend more money sending the crap back and will “offer” a $26 voucher for more bogus crap from their site! Is anyone going after these crooks? Looking online I see this is what they’ve been doing to most of their customers who ordered what I did. Hope you can get them. Is there any kind of class action suit against them maybe?
