I, too, was ripped off by this company. Their customer service department does respond to emails, but keep lying and saying that my product is in transit. They even go as far as to send links to tracking that don’t even work. I ordered from this company back I September, 2022 and they refuse to issue a refund. They also claimed to have shipped a second package to replace the ‘lost’ first shipment. Given all of the lies, I believe that they never shipped either package.
I ordered a Halloween light up Witch for my wife for halloween. It finally arrived ten days after Halloween and about a month from ordering. The Witch i recieved was not what i ordered. It was only ten inches tall and the one i ordered should have been 36 inches. Totally unresponsive customer services. Dont go there!
I also ordered the 36INCH Halloween Witch resin solar lamp. When received (7 weeks after order) the lamp was 10 inches long. SCAM company. Do NOT patronize. I will file a dispute with my credit card company. I am so angry with myself.
I can't believe that there is no control over these scammers, nobody seems to have the guts to close them down, it should be the responsibility of the likes of Facebook.
Ordered something for my grandchild 10th October have received nothing. Keep getting. Tracking emails but means nothing. Keep being told its in transit in UK. Load of rubbish.
Why these scammers think they won't get caught or pay for their bad behaviour I'll never know.

Ordered an item 8/26/2022 said 7-12 days shipping. Received tracking number stuck in Detroit since 9/23/2032. Reached out and same response in previous emails that they have no control over shipping company and to be patient. I’m more angry with myself as I knew better than to order off a site with no other contact information than an email.

I ordered an item from this co and they immediately took my money but its been 5 weeks and no word on my order. Avoid this site!
They actually delivered mine but the delivery company left it on the street so I never received it, company not interested left it to me to chase up delivery who won’t talk to me as I’m the customer. Currently suing them for costs
Total scam and completely unresponsive "customer support." I ordered an item from this site, checked out and my card was charged. I have yet to receive any confirmation of order or tracking, yet have received several requests to close out my order, which, again has already been done. I have sent several emails, as there is no direct contact option, to confirm my order which have been ignored. You would think I would have known better and shame on me. Just trying to prevent this from happening to someone else. Avoid this website like the plague!
