It is all a scam. They told me my purchase was delivered to a different address and nothing came to me. The address they used was bogus and they do not respond to my several requests for a refund.

I ordered an electronic cart from Bettychilde on 19th October and tracked it to China been stuck at different depots for all that time supposedly, hasn't moved at all for a week, every email I send I get no response. I was going to open an account with them and they sent me their own password but I daren't log in with it to see if I can check what's happening, No option to pay by paypal so don't think I've much chance of getting my money back but going to try with my bank and see what they say.

Still have not received my package and when calling the post office to track they said the number given was for a different address and name. I have sent several emails with no reply. What a scam!!!! I ordered back in August. I got the same phony email messages as everyone else. This is the second time I've been SCAMMED. No more ordering on line for me!!! I'll use a trustworthy site if there's a next time.
Facebook should be liable for everything these scammers have taken from ppl. They say they are protecting its users from fraudulent websites. But this is one example where they did nothing to stop the scammers from taking their users money. If we were smart we would stop using Facebook all together….

This online store should be shut down they are 100 percent scam, they will take your money and then send you something you didn't even order. Not much you can do once they get your money, as the old saying goes if it looks to good to be true don't fall for it.

Hi. I am from South Africa and I placed an order 6 months ago . Paid $67 but did not receive anything yet despite getting a mail that actually provided me with a tracking number of 4px. A search done on 4px indicates that the parcel is unregistered and untrackeable. I'm convinced I was scammed.

Definitely a scam. I ordered an electric bench planer for about $39 in January 2021. Initially I received a silicone cell phone holder. Sent an email. Second delivery were two useless metal universal survival tools. Sent another email. I was sent 2 small wooden model airplane kits. Sent yet another email. I was offered a 20% refund and the option to send back the incorrect items for which I have to pay the shipping cost of $20. WHAT A SCAM.

They take your credit card information they don't give you a confirmation number or a date of delivery they tell you you can use PayPal and is false , they also put out a phone number that doesn't exist their customer service email address is a big joke.

Yes I have been scammed. I ordered a vacuum steam cleaner on 30/1/2021. I received an order number and a tracking number. They sent me 2 usb cords. I have tried to contact the help support so they can fix the problem. I also contacted the Bettychilds norply email. Haven't heard a single thing.

When I finally received my package it was a tiny USB cable probably worth $1. You have to pay to return items. It is a scam

Great information on the bettychilde.com site, thank you. One further thing to add- the site says you can use Paypal for payment but when you get to paying for a purchase, Paypal isn't an option. For that reason alone, I'm not going ahead with a purchase from bettychilde.com, based on my experience that Paypal offers protection from scammers but is falsely offered as an option here.
