I have been waiting since 4th August 2022 for my order. Seems like i have been scammed.
I also got scammed. They sent a hat so bent out of shape it could not be worn. When I contacted them they said they would do nothing about it. Discussing.
totally agree - they offered 10% refund...went up to 50% - then: no more reactions
cheap junk ! crumpled rubbish…. and very white in colour…. not that lovely parchment-like colour as shown. give it a miss !
I bought a real Panama hat I thought as promised on their site but the hat I got was a cheap paper hat made in China as I could have bought from Wish.com for 3$. I paid 27$ + fright. The paper Panama hat was only packed in a plastic bag and the hat looked like garbage when I got it. I could not use it. I claimed the delivery but they would only compensate me 10$. I asked for at least 27$ but I never got anything. Even the tracking was fake. It looked like send from US but the label showed that it came from China.
I ordered 2 Panama hats made of 100% straw from a weaverfamily. I got 2 completely crumbled funny hats 100% paper made in China. There is no similarity with the pictures on the website and they are not at all elastic but stiff and unwearable.
A real betrayal! Beware!!!

I got the same paper hat after a well presented advertisement for a hand woven Panama hat. No refund available. Total scam!

Definitely got scammed by them. They sent a crumpled up paper hat that was advertised as a Panama Hat. Unbelievable.
