The company reported my item as being delivered in an entirely different state. I had to send four emails before they would even acknowledge it was sent to the wrong address. It's been over a month since they said they'd look into it and nothing. They're a total scam and may of the products advertised on their site are actually designed by Etsy sellers.

This company is a scam. I purchased two bookends which were supposedly delivered to the wrong city, so it is not their responsibility. The emails are patchy, with cut and paste graphics to seem authentic. The tracking number is not legit. The address I put in is fine, I online shop all the time, and they use this excuse to not be held liable for goods they never had, or never shipped. I am out money, with no accountability on their part. This website is a scam! Save your money and self-respect, don't buy anything from them.
