The same bad experience: i bought a cat tree on 24 august 2021, i silly paid 39.15€, rhe article never arrived. no email, no tracking, no responses, nothing. Then 1 month later, i receveid a little useless plastic gadget i never ordered.. Scam, fraud. Store website: seek-selection.com
2021,30,July ordered a cat castle and like the rest DID NOT receive it. I did email them got an order number, a tracking number and a not saying " your order has been processed". 2021,31,December I can not get any more responce,turned it over to collections and files it as scam, money stealers, and I didnot get a rubber band! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SIGHT!!!!!

Scam. Ordered cat tower, didn't receive order confirmation, emailed them, they responded immediately and sent me a shipping number. Nothing since then. I've sent them 5+ emails, nothing. They're a scam. Report them to your bank, maybe you can get your money back.
So THAT'S what that rubber band was for! I will keep it for the next time I want to order something that I see on FB without checking the company's reviews. I was taught from a young age that if something seems to be too good to be true, it usually is.
Save here ordering a cat town. Emailing them but no response.

They are scammers .. they told me they will refund me after month, I knew they are liars, it’s been more than month and nothing..
I’ve changed my card just in case and reported them, they have many pages in many names but I believe they are same people .. we should all report all their pages and the similar ones to prevent more scams
I e purchased the cat Astor a month ago. Never received a receipt/ email / postage notice. No delivery! This site is a scam! Do not purchase ANYTHING from them!!!
