Don't ever buy from this company. First, it took forever to receive it. It would not hold a charge for more than a few minutes and then failed to charge at all. The cord came frayed, and when I requested they send a replacement, the company said no - as I could not prove it was not their fault. I purchased a cord only to discover it was the lamp the entire time. Now they refuse to refund my money and return the lamp. Complete waste of time and money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered a lamp from them, it took a month to get to me and arrived broken. When i reached out to return, they offered me $6.00 - the lamp cost me $100.00. Since then, I've been going back and forth with them, they keep telling me they sent the right item, so there should be no problem. Nevermind it's broken, they sent the item I ordered so they're in the clear. Makes zero sense. I'm trying to go through Paypal for a resolution, as they won't budge.
I ordered lamps for Christmas presents in October and didn't receive any of them.
Received my order. Did not know it was a scam company, wish I had known, the gold colored lamp arrived broken. The dark colored lamp looks ok and is charging, seems to work. What a waste of money. I’m not even going to pursue getting a refund now that I’ve read about “swindmicape”, swindle me out of my money, yeah. Maybe I will dispute with my credit card company?

I placed an order for lamps on 3rd August and haven’t received them. I got a few progress updates on delivery but nothing since 30th August so accept that it’s just a scam
Half of their product range are replicas of major brands in the portable lighting space, including Flos, &tradition as well as the specialist players like Ambientec and NEOZ. It is dishonest of them to use genuine photos to sell their sub-par knock-offs even if it's legal in the UK. They do have a sense of humour though - "reworks design icons from past masters and creates tomorrow’s classics in collaboration with contemporary designers"
Yes, my lamp stopped working after a few weeks and they offered to give me $5 compensation on a $90 lamp. They do not do refunds/exchanges as stated on their website. DO NOT BUY THESE CRAPPY LAMPS.
