Koandaily is definitely a scam site. They told me my packages had been destroyed by the shipping carrier as I was not home when they tried to deliver them and did not pick them up on time. I live in a full service apartment with a concierge desk that is open 24 hours a day, so there is always someone here to receive packages. I asked the carrier to check the tracking details and they say they never handled them. I contacted the country import agency which has records of all packages shipped into the country with tracking codes and found they had never entered the country. Koandaily says no refund can be given as they claim the “fault” is mine. Totally scam artists!
