However, there are so many other problematic sites which are using the same company name such as Styllewe, KangalTree, CowsgirlsInk, LunadroPub, Fancysis, Lonmiya, Icykol, Monmous, Yolons, ComfyPieces, Jennicoco, Minokaka, Comfytoo, FunLlivey, CozyColin, CheyNay, DaisyMode, Quoyora, Latticeci, Inhomepi, Rosiflo, Harlandco, Adalynia, and so on. CHICV UK LIMITED is operated by the same group which are operating CHICV INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED under which there are several problematic sites are operating.

Another company's name and address are provided on About and Contact Us pages as Guangzhou Ruichida Network Technology Co., Ltd.: Room 302, Building 1, No. 418, Shatai South Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. So, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It is stated that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

  1. Don't buy from Noracora! I put in an order and paid through PayPal. Their ad said quick delivery yet 2 months after I should have received it, I still didn't have it. I contested it on PayPal and when Noracora responded, saying they'd sent the order just a few weeks earlier (a couple months after they'd said it had been shipped), they showed my address as missing the street number and name. When I pointed that out and said I wanted my money back, they tried to say I didn't add my address correctly - like I don't know how to include my whole address. Then they said they still had to pay their workers, ... After going back and forth for several weeks, I finally settled on about 2/3's of my payment. Then they said I could keep the order! I've never received the order! They're crooks!!!

  3. I received my order and was totally angry. I went by their measurements to make sure things would fit . I felt like I ordered from WISH all over again. Both places have crap clothes - sizes are ridiculously smaller by maybe 2 sizes and the quality of material is paper thin. What attracted me to them was the beautiful prints and I thought I would give them a try. I bought a nice amount of clothes for myself for my birthday - SO UNHAPPY !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM NORACORA

  4. this company is a scum....don't every buy anything there...pictures are nice and actual product is crap...I've never seen fabric like that...and of course there is no way to return it...they have all the instructions but nobody ever gets back to you...I've lost $200....please don't fall for pretty pictures...how company like that can be still allowed to function and scum people is beyond me.

      1. I have had good luck with them as well. I just use the size chart on every thing I buy (they are all different) and I’ve had good luck. The material is very thin but I live in FL so it’s nice to be able to wear clothes that aren’t always summer clothes in the winter, even if it gets to 80 degrees.

  5. Fortunately, I didn't spend much. Got 1st item today. It showed a shipment from Vernon, CA. I'm in CA so not sure why it took 3 weeks to ship. But it's enormous and the top t-shirt edge is not finished, just crookedly cut. I will just donate it and not buy from them again.

  6. Noracora is a scam. The clothes are cheap. If they are out of stock for the item you order they substitute with an item of tdon't take a chance....the stuff is garbage,heir choice. Then you have to pay to return it. An item says "cotton blend" and it has about 1% cotton.

  7. I ordered 4 sweatshirts from Noracora on Feb 3.. They charged me $53.08 on the day that I ordered the sweatshirts. Been waiting for them forever. Then on 3-2-21 they charged me another $34.07 which would have been the sale price of the sweatshirts
    Then they sent me two more sweatshirts because, they said, Was out of Stock by mailing.
    So I have paid $87.15 for 4 sweatshirts . And I had to wait forever to get them.
    What a rip-off. And I have to pay shipping charges and everything else to send them bck.

    1. Ordered 2 blouses (t's) on Jan 12th, 2021. Several weeks later I received one similar to my order. They emailed me giving me choices for response. I informed them I only received half my order. They replied to be more patient about it.
      Luckily I changed my debit card number the same day I placed the order ? So I know now not to wait for that other shirt.

  8. Yes, they got me too for eight shirts that were supposed to be cotton and it looked like the photos of these pieces were photo shopped to look like tee shirt fabric. They were low quality polyester.; supposed to be medium as they were marked, but some were gigantic others too small. The shoes for 32.00 were the real " kicker" ' they were cheap rubber like slippers you'd get at Dollar General. Smelled strongly of chemicals. The UPS guy said it'd be 80.00 to send back and the Chinese have horrible postal service. Of course NoraCora tried talking me into keeping the stuff. It's going into Goodwill bag. Notice all models were blond white women in photos. I told myself that , Oh, of course white women could get modeling jobs there; self delusion,,never again, I hope Karma will come to bite them in the a*s.

  9. ZERO RATING. I ordered 4 each size c90 bras. I received 1 each size c90 bra and 3 each size e90 bras. The bags showed size c90 but contained size e90 bras. I sent pictures of the order showing I ordered size c90, pictures of the bags showing size c90 and the tags on the 3 bras showing size e90. The vendor refuses to issue a refund. All they can say is I received what I ordered. I received 3 each BAGS with the correct size showing. Customer service does not exist at this vendor. Do not buy anything from them.

  10. I have had a very similar experience as you did. I have reported them to econsumer.gov which is through the Better Business Bureau. I have been emailed by a Christine Wu telling me they will not issue my refund until I take down a negative comment I wrote 2 weeks ago as a way to attempt to get something to happen. They blackmail you this way. It is no longer about the money they owe me, rather the way they have so inappropriately handled this business & my order. Be warned everyone.....don't shop with them.

    1. In order to get back your money, you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

  12. Today is 6/18/20: I have an open dispute with Noracora via PayPal currently. I placed an order in 5/5/20 and they immediately withdrew money from my account but to date I still have no solid evidence that my items have actually shipped.

    I made purchases 6 weeks in advance for a vacation which has now come and gone. Once I started to become suspicious I began trying to contact customer service for information - no reply. I sent multiple emails to customer service for support but never received a response until I involved a 3rd party for mediation. Initially the emails I received were not specific to my issue and listed a wide variety of vague excuses for why shipping was delayed, however once the mediation process began rolling with PayPal I was finally given tracking numbers (one for in China, and another for once it arrived at U.S. customs) that don't work or tell me where the package is in transit - just where it is not: it hasn't reached customs in San Francisco as of 5/18/20 and hasn't been updated to date).

    Because PayPal encouraged me to try to mediate with the seller to settle this matter I tried to be reasonable and followed this advice: big mistake because it gave the company more time to delay and utilize unnecessary delay tactics.The only response I kept receiving from this company was to tell me to be patient, and they continued to send the useless tracking numbers until I realized this could drag on for a very long time without resolution and me out $115.00.

    I didn't realize until after my problems began that Noracora lists a 10 business day processing window (i.e. 12 days provided there are no holidays in that particular line up of days) and a 25 business day shipping window (31 days, again provided there are no holidays in the line up, which there was) bringing expected arrival to 43 days, however we are now on day #48 currently and no items in sight.

    I officially elevated the case to a dispute on 6/13/20 requesting a full refund but now the company has initiated radio silence (they have until 7/2/20 to respond to PayPal and I believe they intend to continue to delay and take every day available to them).

    Today while looking at my order on the Noracora website (which still says processing by the way on day #48) I realized that the review section is nonfunctional and thus has zero ratings for their clothing (how did I miss that?).

    I wish I bothered to research this company before doing business with them but honestly I never expected this to happen. No one appreciates being ripped off or deceived, as a result of this rather unfortunate experience I will no doubt be researching online companies I have never done business with in future before considering entrusting them with payment - including how long shipping is expected to be. How sad is it that people can't just be honest in their business practices and companies that don't readily reveal that they are in another country can continue to rip off plenty of people every single day.

  13. I ordered items in November, They all came at random times, way after the holidays when I intended to give the items away as gifts. I receiced one item on April 12th and the package, which came from China, indicates it was shipped March 3rd. I am still missing one item , which they say was already mailed out. All of the above complaints are true: Poor quality, very difficult to return items and sizes are not correct. The recommendations are true:
    DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. you will avoid a lot of hassle and save your money
    Any response they have is the same form response. I wished I had looked up this site before ordering, because with all of the complaints from a year ago, nothing has changed and I had identical experiences a year later.

  14. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! This site is completely fraudulent!! Long story short, I never received my $199 order. When I questioned through emails I was sent tracking numbers (and a bunch of Chinese scribble). The tracking numbers led nowhere. I got a phone number from a fake review and ended up talking to a Chinaman name “Jimmy Barker”!! Yeah, right!!!! Instead of refunding my money as I asked and he agreed to do, they charged my debit card for three more transactions of $200 each. The worm got into my computer, locked me out by changing my password, pulled up my online banking info and threatened to take money from my other accounts and steal my identity if I didn’t go to Walmart, buy a $500 gift card, then call him back with the information on the card, which I didn’t do. After 30 minutes, he called me back and I didn’t answer. He has called me 8 times since. I’d love to get my hands in these people. Why can’t something be done to stop these criminals?

    1. Are you sure that person (Jimmy Barker) belongs to the Noracora team? Because sometimes other people pretend to be someone else to scam people. We agree that Noracora is not a good online store but still, your accusation is completely new. We haven't find similar types of complaints from the users of Noracora although they have other lots of complaints. Anyway, in your case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund.

      1. Yes Jimmy is real and damned good at his job! He is very convincing right up until he asked for my bank routing/account numbers. I refused and he was very pleasant about it. The money would be credited back to my account in 2 days. He’s very good!

          1. Company is out of China and uses deceptive advertising. They steal photos from legitimate online companies and post as there own without showing models face in photo.
            Positive reviews are fake.( See spelling errors)
            After I ordered 5 items, I promptly cancelled order after I learned company‘s merchandise is questionable, they are in China and that I would have to pay shipping to return merchandise to China. I received an automatic reply stating order cannot be cancelled because items are already shipped. This was a lie.
            After sending numerous emails inquiring about status of my order with no reply and the merchandise not being received, I filed a dispute with my bank for not receiving any merchandise at all in time promised. I informed company of my dispute and finally I got a reply that 1 item has been shipped with misleading tracking information. When package arrived at post office, I refused it at the post office. They kindly returned package to China with no shipping cost to me since I refused it.
            I sent to the bank photos of proof of returning the one item. . Bank refunded me the entire amount for not receiving merchandise (4 items) and returning 1 item to company

    2. Online the pictures look so pretty. In reality the colors are very bright and clothing looks cheap. The sizing was way off in several tops as in much bigger than a normal XL. The fabric is odd.

  15. The website suggests quality, fashionable items. I ordered some items all of which are cheap in quality and do not look remotely like the photos on the website. When I tried to return them, I was told that the return center was in China, that it would cost me (the customer) too much to return them, and it would take a long time. Noracora offered me 15% of the cost of the items instead of returning them. When I declined, the company then offered me 25% of the original cost of the items. I declined again. I wanted a full refund. I am stuck with poor quality items and a loss of around $90.00. Further, they will not Unsubscribe me from their emails. This is an awful company. Stay away!

  16. I ordered 5 garments on 9/21/19 - one has still not arrive - it's 11/21/19 - and every one that did trickle in over the last two months was nothing like the photo. One was supposed to be linen and whatever it is, it isn't linen. two jackets bear no resemblance to the photos, in fact, are so ugly I won't even donate them. They claim to take returns, but you have to send them to China at a huge cost. The first 2 garments had a U.S. return address - so I sent back the first one - so terrible you wouldn't be caught dead in it - and was told they wouldn't refund the money because I didn't send into their China address. This is a total scam. And I wouldn't buy anything from any similar company - because they have spent a lot of money on sample garments and photos - so will keep on going even if they have to change their name.

    1. If Noracora doesn't respond to you then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you have paid via PayPal, then open a dispute via your PayPal account.

      1. I have had all the same problems with Noracora. i opened a dispute with PayPal and they "worked" with the company and said they'd give me a refund if I sent the items back. It was $340 to send back $145 worth of crappy merchandise, and I didn't even ever receive all of the items i ordered. PayPal closed the case since i didn't return the incomplete mechandise order and will not allow me to reopen or even discuss it. They said contact my financial institution or card company . I said i didn't use that, I used THEM. Anything else i can do? Can this company scam me again through PayPal since they have my info??

        1. It is very difficult to hack your personal details via your PayPal account, so don't be worried about that. And, if you had paid via Paypal, then also you should have linked your bank account (debit or credit) with your PayPal account. So, if Paypal has suggested you contact your card company or bank to ask for a refund, then you can try that. Sometimes a credit card company can help to get a refund. Good Luck!

  18. Terrible! Ditto on all comments above. I think they find photos of attractive items from other catalogs and then quickly construct something cheap to send. Material is very cheap- completely synthetic. Colors wrong and sizes huge. The materials are loaded with chemicals!!! One item made me have trouble breathing. I’m assuming formaldehyde! And trying to wash it out- a few washes and the seams break apart. Getting money back is nearly impossible. Sending back to the only address they allow you to use is in Hong Kong (although a package was shipped from California). They did remove more money without authorization. I also had a breach in my bank account after this purchase but the bank had trouble tracing the source. I had to completely close an account due to this purchase. Beware!! The ads are great but they are not real!! This company needs to be investigated.

  19. Noracora is a scammer located in China. I placed an order, they sent a confirmation, when clicked on indicated that page was not found. When I sent an email they provided a link to tracking info for shipping which had no information on this tracking number. I requested a refund (which was allowed before shipping) and told them if I didn't get a refund I was going to file a complaint on paypal. They didn't respond. I filed a complaint on paypal, they finally provided tracking info AFTER the complaint was filed, but I have no way to know if that is for my order.

  21. Wish I'd come here first. Aside from all of the above, they charged me $50 from my card beyond what I agreed to pay - there was no mention of a different currency (I'm in Oz) - I'm assuming that is how they would explain this?

    I payed by card not by PayPal. Is my card at risk? Is it possible to dispute this with the bank of anywhere?

  22. I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS $148.00. I KEEP CHECKING ON SHIPPING INFO, FINALLY I NOTICE IT WAS PUT IN MY MAIL BOX 7 DAYS AGO NOT!!! THEN THE NEXT DAY ANOTHER ITEM WAS PUT IN MY MAIL BOX NOT!!     1. I got my order from Nora Cora. It didn’t fit properly and the fabric was terrible. I read the return policy when I wanted to return the dress and it had to be returned to China at the customer’s expense, which was more than the cost of the item. They said they would give me a 10 or 15% cash refund. I told them I would give the dress to Good Will. Maybe someone can use it for a;Halloween costume. Will never shop them again. All that stuff from China is crap, if you get it at all.

  23. Like many others commenting, I ordered a blouse that turned out to be too large. After several emails regarding return I was told I'd have to ship it to China ( their return dept.). If I didn't want to go through that hassle and cost they would return 25% of the item price. I have reported this as a fraud to my card company and and put a hold on payment. Be aware of this company and their products.

  24. Please don't make the same mistake that I (and many others) made. I ordered 5 pieces and only received 4 (easy arrived separately weeks apart). The 4 I received are horrible quality and fit. "Easy Returns" are not at all -- you first must send an email to request the return instructions (with a promise to reply in 48 hours) -- still haven't heard back 5 days later. I've since (too late!) read the reviews and see that I was scammed. They are clearly banking on people not paying the costs to ship (back to China!).

I RETURNED ALL BUT ONE PAIR OF PANTS WHICH HAS NOW COST ME ABOUT $200 !   27. STAY AWAY from NORA CORA: I am one of many who have made the mistake of checking out the Nora Cora online store. I liked the styles, value and made a purchase using Pay Pal, within minutes of the confirmation of purchase on the website, I decided to check this website out and found all the negative reviews and scam notices. I immediately went back to the opened website and sent an email from the website to cancel the order that I had just completed. I had not received the promised confirmation email from the company so I thought I was safe. I then checked my Pay Pal account to see status and found out that Pay Pal had immediately credited the purchase to this company. I immediately opened a dispute with Pay Pal asking them to withhold payment per their business payment policy due to the fact that I had contacted the company within minutes to cancel the order. Pay Pal provided a different email number to contact and a copy of the order. I sent a second email, again within a 15 minute period of the initial confirmation, to the email account provided by Pay Pal. I reiterated by cancellation of the order. NoraCora contacted me back within 24 hours to say that it did not have a record of the order. At this time I thought that the company cancelled the order. When I checked with Pay Pal it was still noted but I believed that it would resolve it self. A week later I received my Pay Pal statement and found that it was still noted as active. I then discovered that Nora Cora had notified Pay Pal of the shipping notification. I received no notice. I then contacted Nora Cora again and told them that the order had been cancelled and that there should have been no shipment.
    No response. Status. Pay Pal has an active dispute but I still have to pay the statement. I can a 30 refund on any items I may send back and Pay Pal will continue to fight for reimbursement. It appears that based on the negative reviews, this will be a 6 month ordeal. I too will proceed with a filing with all relevant regulators but it is truly a losing battle.

  28. Regretting not reading about this company before placing an order. Fabric remotely resembled the dress modeled online which appeared to be garment dyed and was described as cotton. The actual fabric appears to be 99% polyester and is unattractive in the extreme. Thought of just using the dress as a nightgown but the material is so poor it doesn't breathe. Invoice had no return address; no standard information about returns. Return address didn't even print properly on the mailer. Had been amazed at the low price for the dress. This proves that if something seems too good to be true, it isn't. Do not order from Noracora.

  30. The dresses look great on their website but in reality the quality is substandard fabric. The closest way I can describe the fabric is that it's similar to low quality burlap. NoraCora's website offered a discount for buying 3 or more dresses, which is what I did, but a discount credit was never issued. One of the dresses originated from China and I was charged a foreign exchange fee of nearly $5. I emailed NoraCora several times regarding the discount and to arrange for a refund for the 3 dresses, they didn't respond until weeks later and NoraCora only referenced 1 of the 3 dresses and nothing on the discount. NoraCora doesn't even qualify for any stars, NoraCora doesn't even qualify for any stars, doesn't get any worse than this. . Buyer beware!

  31. Here is the response I got to my inquiry regarding how (and to where) I could retur my items that were the wrong size:

    "Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
    According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

    Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
    We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

    If you still want to return/exchange the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.
    You can check the return policy.

    I love the part about using the 15% (which would be about $8.50) to alter the cloth. smh. Stay away from Noracora!

  33. Believe the negative reviews. I ordered a cotton and linen blend top and received a miserable rag of a garment made of a poly-lycra blend. Shoddy workmanship, inaccurate sizing, flimsy, hideous synthetic fabric. NOTHING about the garment matched the description or pictures. NORACORA never replied to my many emails for return call tags. Finally Paypal intervened and told me that these thieves said I would have to return the item to China, with all the hassle of customs and high shipping costs involved. In the end, I was able to recover 50% of the value of the garment, after a long, arduous claim process, through Paypal. I have started a case against NORACORA with the Federal Trade Commission, and also opened a case for mail fraud with the United States Postal Service. I urge ALL victims of this scam company to do the same.

    1. Please tell me how to go about filing a case with the FTC and Postal Service. I bought several items that came to be randomly (not in one package). They are horrible! I do not want to hassell trying to return them, but want to file against them. Also, how about a class action law suit?

Why aren't the sites that allow them to advertise on thier otherwise reputable sites looking into who they allow to do business with what I would think would be valuable customers. I will no longer be doing business with anyone who allows these sites to advertise! I will be sure to contact them and tell them why as well.

  36. This company is a nightmare.

    I cancelled my order (repeatedly!!) within 15 minutes of entering it, and they completely ignored my cancellation until two weeks later when they replied it was already sent. They never denied knowing I wanted to cancel. They said to contact them when I got the order to arrange for return.

    I received the order two weeks ago and have emailed them 5-6 times and have heard NOTHING. I’m still trying to get my $72+ back. They certainly had no issue with promptly charging my credit card for it. No return address or return info inside the package. And the merchandise is HORRIBLE. It looks like thin rags.

    AVOID.

    If I don’t hear back in a few days, I will be filing a charge with the FTC and posting negative reviews in every site available.

  38. I’ve not had a problem with NoraCora. I received the merchandise. There was a small issue and they took care of it. We emailed back and forth for a week. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They are a store, they have merchandise, they deliver merchandise, they’ve not stolen anything from my credit card because I pay through PayPal, which is the smartest thing you can do when buying from companies with which you're not familiar.

  39. I ordered some shirts from Noracora. They are very poor quality and there is no label on stating what the material is made from. I spent approximately $106 and I was offered 15% refund if I just keep the shirts. No way. I can buy better quality at Walmart or Dollar General. I have asked for a return shipping label, but I have not heard back from them. I am going to make a complaint to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (1c3), which everyone else needs to at http://www.ic3.gov. Lesson learned - Do not buy anything over the internet that comes from outside the United States.

    I ordered a top from Noracora. It took 25 days to arrive by which time I was out of town working. I came back 2.5 weeks after it had arrived. When I opened it I immediately saw that the fabric on the website was totally different to the shirt that they had sent. I emailed them explaining my situation and why I was not able to return the item to them within the (ridiculously short period of time) of two weeks. They will not acknowledge that they are advertising a garment which is not what they are sending to the customer. THIS IS ILLEGAL. They refuse to make any compensation for the fact that because I was out of town and could genuinely not send the garment back within two weeks of receiving it I am now stuck with a garment which looks nothing like the advertised item and have no intention of wearing. A total wast of money and time. I want to warn anyone against trusting what they see on the website. They
    are NOT to be trusted.

NoraCora stated they did NOT have account in my name, nor registered ANY email matching my request. Immediately forwarded ALL of their emails to me. Now, waiting to receive shipping label, even though the one order was shipped in three separate packages. Still waiting for two of three. Clothes inconsistent sizing - and told per policy, I pay shipping and to expect a long delay in return of money.

The selections are not as much as online but they do have cute things in-store as well. I was satisfied when I thought there have a top in my size. If there has no color in my choice and size in my body, so they bring for only me.I always give five star review. They helped me pick out shoes, double checked prices for me, etc. and were very friendly even though it was busy.   53. I ordered two shirts from Noracora but never received a confirmation email, although they charged my credit card immediately. I contacted them through "customer service" and was told they had no record of my order. They kept asking for the email address I used to order, which was the same as they kept sending me ads. I tried to explain but got the same request for my email. I contacted my credit card company and had them hold payment.
    About two weeks later my package arrived. The material and workmanship left a lot to be desired, but I allowed payment. Lesson learned!

    Now they send me email ads daily or twice daily. The unsubscribe link does not work. How can I stop these annoying emails?

The workmanship was "homemade" at best and extremely poorly sewn. I discovered this site on Pinterest so decided to give it a try, but was completely disappointed. Do not purchase anything from this site!
