Helochic, which is claiming to sell various clothing, shoes, and accessories, is a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-
# It has provided its registered company’s name and address as “Bumperr LTD, G34 Stokenchurch Business Park Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, United Kingdom, HP14 3FE” on its website. However, WHOIS details of this site reveal its parent company name as CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED. Now, this proves that it is a scam since you can find a bunch of problematic sites operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED. On top of that, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and Qandies Limited are linked with each other and operating by the same team. So, Bumperr LTD is definitely another company operated by the same team. The few examples of problematic sites operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and Qandies Limited are Noracora, JustFashionNow, YeahBikinis, ThunderBuy, Roselinlin, CooliCool, FastShipTool, TopeStore, BlongDays, HolaTrends, PearlFeet, KusouBuy, BulkggDeals, AllNowTrendy, ModiTown, Chicboho, Kurro, SuperTime and so on.
# Like lots of scam sites, the website has also poorly designed which looks similar to lots of scam sites. For example; its website theme is very untidy; it has cropped out the faces of models from most of its product images which is mostly done by scam sites to make copyright holder difficult to find those images when they copy-paste those images from other websites without taking their consent; it hasn’t secured its website properly; it has copy-pasted lots of details from other scam websites. I received the items I ordered and paid for from Helochic. What a load of crap. Quality is by far the worst I have ever seen. Trying to return the goods and claim a refund has been impossible as they refuse to give a returns addresss. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Needless to say the corrupt Chinese are behind this racket.

Anch'io sono truffata. 23/11/20 ho ordinato qualche cose come regali per Natale. 15/12 ho ricevuto un codice da tracciare il pacco. Dopo qualche difficoltà con il sito di Sailpost/Citypost sono riuscito da tracciarla il 21/12: pacco arrivato, 'in consegna 15/12 ore 00:00, non consegnabile ore 00:00'. Prima non avevo visto che le ore di 'in consegna' e 'non cosegnabile' erano esattemente le stesse.
Ho preso contatto sul sito di Sailpost e chiesto perché non consegnabile, era una persona a casa tutti i giorni. Ho anche dato istruzioni come arrivare nel caso in cui Sailpost avrebbe un sistema di navigazione non accurato... Risposta: 'prendi contatto con Helochic, noi abbiamo fatto il nostro dovere. Non abbiamo un contratto con te'. Per se giuridicamente è giusto, nonostante non molto incontro le esigenze dei clienti (sono giudice pensionata).
Quindi ho preso contatto con Helochic di chiederla committere Sailpost il consegno del pachetto, pero Helochic mi ha rinviato a Sailpost. Questa giocchietto si ha ripetito x volte come una partita di pingpong. Natale è passato senza i miei regali, ho ricevuto niente e pagato per niente.
Rimborso prima rifiutato, poi dopo aver minacciato informare Paypal hanno offerto 20%, dopo la miea minaccia di anche involvere la polizia, il mio network giuridico e tutto quanto 30%, dopo aver involto Paypal 35%...Argumenti usati hanno variato di 'non è colpa nostra', è la responsibilita di Sailpost, della posta, è colpa tua, perché non hai preso il pachetto'...
Ho scritto innumerose volte che, anche quando sarebbe colpa di Sailpost, sempre è la responsabilità di Helochic, perché Helochic ha scelto il corriere (tra giuristi si chiama 'culpa in eligendo') e io non ho un contratto con Sailpost. Ho anche spiegato che la posta non potrebbe essere responsabile per un corriere privata e non puo essere colpa mia, quando Helochic nemmeno ha dato un indirizzo dove prendere il pachetto.
Dopo aver involto Paypal ho finito il discorso con Helochic. Comunque loro mi hanno scritto e chiesto di ripensare l'offerta di 35%, perché il pachetto non va rinviato, ma distrutto, perché sarebbe meno costoso. Dettaglio piccante: secondo la registrazione di Sailpost già era rinviato qualche giorni prima ('shipment back to sender')
Ora spero che posso risolvere il problema tramite Paypal, ma Paypal prima riferisce al Joyfornicedesign ( il ricevitore dei soldi) da risolverlo...Altro dettaglio piccante: dopo aver scritto a Joyfornicedesign sul platform di Paypal, ho ricevuto un messaggio di Paypal che hanno reagito. Entrato il platform ho trovato niente reazione, ma il mio messaggio a Joyfornicedesign era fatto illeggibile...
Volete una prova più chiaro che sono ladri? Io penso anche Sailpost sono ladri, magari nello stesso gruppo.
Ho -invano- provato trovare il sede di Helochic, ho chiesto chi è il proprietario, ma naturalmente non avuto una risposta.
Mentre suppongo che magari non sono in Cina, ma sono maffiosi cinesi in Italia o maffiosi italiani o cinesi/italiani...
Non so come andare avanti, se i miei soldi non vanno rimborsati. Posso andare ai carabinieri, lo faro ma non mi fa molta fiducia. Posso usare i social, già ho fatto un po, ma posso intensivarlo.
Esista un'autorità per la tutela dei consumatori in Italia? O un programma tv in cui va discusso truffe di consumatori? In Olanda aiuterebbe minacciare di involvere una programma del genere.
I could not agree more. I ordered several items from the site. They trickel in separately. The quality of the items is horrible. Nothing to do with the pictures in the website. The sizes are all wrong, the tailoring terrible, with sleeves 10cm shorter than normal. The clothing is assembled haphazardly. Do not buy anything from them.
