My boyfriend bought a cellphone case on December 29 and ad today January 21 he still hasn’t gotten it.
The worst company I have had to deal with bought 2 phone cases for Xmas presents they got delivered by yanwen another dodgy company and then the lady from the courier company come back to my door and took the cases and put them back in her car but they are marked delivered . When I contacted vivid-ice they said because it says delivered there is nothing they can do even though I have video footage of that lady taking my cases and I have sent it to them they are now ignoring my emails they don’t have a number I can call and neither do the delivery company DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER !!!!!!!!
I have also tried this before, the things I bought were stolen, but this is the problem of the courier company, I tried to contact the courier company and asked them to pay me
