Same story here. Order in November the stupid garage door banner for Christmas. It arrived but entirely useless for outdoor installation. Return shipment to China and I have pay for it. No thanks. Companies like PayPal and ViSa should not even partner with crooks like. It is a shame that scammers like this are getting away with this. Lessens learned , now move on.
I ordered a garage door christmas decoration back before thanksgiving, it's now february 24th and still no delivery. Their system showed it entering into the US before christmas. Still no delivery after over 2 months in the US. Have demanded a refund multiple times, they keep not addressing the refund issue or have stated because it's pending delivery, for over two months straight they won't refund. I'm out over a hundred dollars. Will never order something from them again. Out the money and no garage door decoration.
Ordered garage door decoration on November 14th, paid for 3-7 day express delivery-received February 1st. No one from their "support" team will contact you back and I have made NUMEROUS attempts. Please do yourself a favor-DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I order the garage door banner in October and didn't receive until 42 days later, after many emails and complaints about hardware they sent a half ass explanation that the picture hanging nails are there hardware. What a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered Xmas banner in late October in 2022. It arrived in January 2023. I did not realize this company was in China. Horrible service, horrible delivery, and not the item it was supposed to be with
hangers for the Garage. Complete Scam.
Ordered my Christmas banner on Nov 7th. Indicated it was coming from Sweden. Showed it came to the States and ended up in Des Moines IA where they gave it a new tracking # and said UPSP had it. That tracking # shows a label was made in Bloomsdale Illinois then Woolridge Illinois on Dec 25th. It is now January 4th. UPSP states they never received it. They just have the label.
When I try to contact Brown and Glory they just resend the same response.
I will be disputing the charge!
I am experiencing the same exact situation!! I placed my order on November 13. On December 24th it showed my item in the united states. The company refuses to refund my money.
Ordered Christmas Garage door decorations from them on November 4, 2022, it is December 28, still not even close to getting here. It is in the country, but the USPS does not even acknowledge custody of the item. Who needs this after Christmas? Used PayPal to purchase item so working through their escalation process. Company communication before using PayPal and then using PayPal as a mediator is terrible and not helpful. If it ever shows up, I will refuse it, but then who knows how the outcome will evolve. I even paid for expedited shipping which is listed on their website as 3-7 days. They were willing to refund that to close the case, but I declined. Horrible company. Buyer beware of this horrendous company.
My order was placed by mistake! I tried contacting them right away, to try and cancel it! they took 2 days to reply saying sorry it shipped. Although I attempted many times to contact them and cancel my order and demand a return label they keep coming back with ‘ you’ll love the product ‘ ‘ just try it’ no refund has been offered or return accepted ! Beware!!!

This is a SCAM. Do not order from this company. Ordered garage door banner on 11/5/22. As of 12/19/22 it had not been delivered. I have had multiple email messages back and forth. The tracking information provided is nonsensical and changes with each reply from the merchant. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company
Ordered my garage door banned on 11/5 and finally showed up on 12/15. Besides the size not being as advertised (short on length and width) there was no mounting hardware other than a few plastic picture hanging hooks and not the clips and elastic hangers the website demonstrated. Furthermore, communication and tracking was laughable. I get the impression this just a couple of scammers working out of a garage, buying products from one company and forwarding it off to customers as though they were a real company. Crooks with keyboards.
Same thing happened to me. Ordered Xmas banner for garage on November 9th and nothing yet. Shipped from Italy and arrived in California. Last tracking update was on 12/6 that it shipped. 7 days later and nothing. No further tracking updates or estimated delivery dates.
As a follow up to my earlier post. Still haven't received the product. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Company responded back that the item was being sent by USPS and provided a tracking number. When I checked all it showed was that the label was printed. When raised issue again on why the change in tracking # from what was originally provided they claimed item was out of stock in US and had to have one shipped from China. Not sure how it could have been out of stock in US when original tracking # showed it shipped from Italy. They are a total SCAM and avoid at all costs

I am having the same problem. I have escalated it through Paypal. Can I please ask if you have had any luck in getting your refund?
I even sent it back as per Paypal instructions and address, only for it to be returned to say no such address. They have now requested it be sent to a different address. I feel this is going to be a constant loop 🙁

They send beautiful Christmas banners BUT with no reasonable way to hang them! The video for garage banners show how it's supposed to be installed but the necessary hardware is NOT included nor the top of the banner is missing the pre-cut holes needed for the missing hardware! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
