I too was scammed by this website by purchasing a leisure outfit they falsely advertised as one of Oprah's favorite items. How are people allowed to get away with this? I am willing to bet this company is in China as I've been scammed before receiving a very small sized item advertised as a large which is exactly what happened with this current order. Oh, and to add insult to injury they want to send me $6 telling me they sent me the correct size I ordered. A large size will possibly fit a 9 yr old child.
I purchased two leisure outfits that were reported as being one of Oprah’s favourite items to give at Christmas. This is a big scam. The outfits arrived with very poor craftsmanship. The sizing does not at all measure up to what they document on their website, and the items are extremely small. The fabric is see-through and very thin and poor quality. These outfits are not wearable. They were on sale for $80 apiece and I am out $160 for something that is not worth $20. I’ve tried to return them but of course, they neglect to send a shipping invoice in the package. I have called and emailed multiple multiple times and I am offered five dollars US rebate or a $10 US rebate which is totally unsatisfactory and very poor business practice. I would recommend that nobody buy anything at all from this website and I will continue to report this poor business. I have never in my life ever encountered anything is porous this.
I purchased grass seed matts in rolls, buy 2/get one free deal from Fade-Grass. It took weeks to receive and when I did it was DEFINITELY not grass seed mats but balls of felt material. CLEARLY NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I emailed them a few times and received notice back stating that that was the product I ordered and they stand by their quality. This was an ad off of Facebook and as a result of this experience I will NEVER order anything off of Facebook again. I suggest others refrain from using Facebook advertising if Facebook is so open to accept any business to use their medium for advertising.
