This is a complete scam! You would be better off throwing your money in a shredder!! Contact info is only available through email and you will receive the exact same response over and over and over again!! Please don’t be as foolish as I was!! Hell is awaiting your arrival scammers!!
Knowledee advertised one bag with a seperate bottom compartment. The ad said “ships from US”. I bought 2. I received them very late and they looked nothing like the bags in the ad. No bottom compartment. Company refuses to resolve issue saying I received the correct item!
