The same parent company's name and address is found to be used by other problematic sites like Yaletta, Pinkobal, Salwire, Clusenada, Geodolly, Chorwain, Junowalt, Jillaero, MissLaran, MissLaran, Verliezi, Pinkmegan, Remorri, Heddahome, Eliseify1919, Hipkate, Colinlist, Clarkeio-Na, BowTops, Colelink, Skyiens, SunHanie, ModlilyStyle, Linaville, Zoegal, Astroster, Danaenvy, and so on. So, this makes it a very suspicious website. Hence we shall not trust such an unprofessional company for the online shopping.
At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name TOP LIFESTYLE LIMITED, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

I had exactly the same experience. Ordered in August 2022, never received my oprder - apprently because of Covid delays. Asked for a refund. Never received it. e-mails are now ignored and I have been blocked from commenting on Facebook. Absolute SCAM.
I ordered in August, still no clothes no refund, plus they blocked me on Facebook.
Facebook should not allow them to advertise, lets all report them on FB, I was scammed for R1000 and they use the effects of the pandemic to scam people.

Ordered in July absolutely nothing. Blamed covid for the delay even tho on the page it stated 2 weeks delivery even tho I had waited 3 months. Emailed them and just got a generic reply. Was banned from commenting on the fb page as I kept telling everyone it was a scam
I ordered in July, emailed them and was asked to be patient, September 28th emailed again and requested refund, they said would issue 7-15 days but allow 20 days, still waiting, have sent emails, fb messenger( can see they have seen my message ), commented on their website, no replies?

OMG , we are all in the same position they give the same excuse to everyone. First it was the pandemic, next order shipped but had to return, next a refund that never showed in your bank account then after a few emails you are blocked. Should have taken the time to review the site first!!! Scammers
The same I ordered 13 October 50 euro's still waiting . No products received and I asked my money back. They told me ok. But nothing yet.
I ordered in August this year and am still waiting for my order. I live in Australia they told me the first time that my order didn’t pass customs but would be resent in 15-20 days , 20 days were up yesterday. I will be reporting them to scam watch

I ordered from this site in August I got same reply ,about pandemic. I've emailed them got same message about refund I've messaged and told them I'll take refund as dress was for a wedding and was to late .they said up to 15 days and money will go back on card
