This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

It is selling items on unrealistic discounted price which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

I ordered 6 shirts took 6 weeks to get them. 2 are wrong and the other 4 don't fit and quality matches price. It took 6 email to get a response. They offered me 10%, than 15% store credit. I contacted PayPal and they offered 20% cash back. They say its too expensive for refunds or returns. So unless you like throwing your money away don't bother. Its not worth the hassle.
So I found this # 1-626-385-6966. Happens to be in Glendora, Ca. I called it. This guy answered with a heavy accent. I tried explaining to him the items I got from Willisbay. We don’t deal with this company was his reply. I tried and tried. He told me Im not understanding him. I told him to give me someone I can understand because of his accent. His reply was, don’t like my accent??, Goodbye. Rude. And definitely a scam. So now Im stuck with product that doesn’t fit right and the material is cheap. Looks good on line. I won’t purchase from them again. All I wanted was an address to return my items.

I ordered 5 things and only received partial and one item was wrong. Several emails later, and no response. Wish I had found these reviews first!
I ordered from willisburg April,21,and,I did get,some of my stuff I ordered 16 things and just got 7 things may 12 and just got 5 more may 21 everything I did get I like so I guess if you order you take a chance I like my stuff

If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
