What is Zoegal.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing and fashion products like tops, bottoms, shoes, accessories, striped shirts, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Zoegal is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

Its parent company’s name and address is given as TOP LIFESTYLE LIMITED: 212 Horton Road, Datchet, Slough, England, SL3 9HL and that is also by taking a screenshot of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on its website. Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. this address turns out to be an address of a residential home as per Google Search (source: rightmove.co.uk). The same parent company's name and address is found to be used by other suspicious sites Astroster, Danaenvy, and so on. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is giving unrealistic discounts on almost all products it sells that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that it has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which says that you will be responsible for the shipping costs returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, we have come up with the conclusion that Zoegal is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. Do not use this website - it's that simple. A definite scam. Terrible quality clothes that you cannot return.

  2. Horrible company ⛔️⚠️ ... Made the mistake of buying some clothes since they do such a good job with marketing. Clothes took over a month to arrive... Arrived in plastic bags!! They didn't even send me my full order, and some of the items that did arrive were not what I had ordered!... Tried to make contact with them to get the issue resolved and is dead silent.. SAVE yourself the stress of dealing with this scam of a company.

  3. I ordered from here and after waiting a month and a half I did not receive all of the shirts I ordered and the ones I did receive did not match the pictures on the website at all. any of the button up shirts are made of the same whispy thin material as tapestries hung up in college dorms. Low quality. Deceitful marketing. No customer service. I reached out to let them know that my order was beyond wrong and have not heard back from them. (4 days as of 5/26/2021)

  4. A pathetic, awful, terrible, horrible, poor quality clothing website I have ever seen in my life. They lie and cheat and manipulate the customers by showing clothing photos of the clothes that they don't have . The delivery time is nearly a month. When I explore more about their website, it made itself looks alike from UK, in fact, the clothes are from Thailand and Bangladesh. I reported multiple times to drop down their page on Facebook too. Please spread this as much as possible to prevent other people from being tricked into their lie.
