Normally, the scam sites have provided their company’s address in that way so that no one can find them by searching on Google. this address turns out to be an address of a residential home as per Google Search (source: rightmove.co.uk). The same parent company's name and address is found to be used by other suspicious sites SunHanie, ModlilyStyle, Linaville, Zoegal, Astroster, Danaenvy, and so on. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
It has also mentioned on its Terms and Conditions that it is jointly operated by Midodo International Trading Limited. and BUMPERR Limited Limited.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is selling items on unrealistic discounted price which is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

Ordered 5 tops from Skyiens June 2022...took a month to arrive (from China), via NYC, Illinois. Was horrified at all pieces I received. Fabric advertised was purified cotton, was actually 65 poly 35 cotton. Most weren't labeled as to content. Feather design was photographed on and was so blurry it looked like camo. Shoddy merchandise, all of it and totally misrepresented by the ad pictures. No way to resolve this as all emails were invalid and no phone # available. Billed by PayPal to Mododo Intl. No company name on mailing label. Never ordered via Facebook before ...learned the hard way.
I also got sucked in by their nice looking ads.
The actual clothing is very cheaply made. Not anything like the ad photos and descriptions .
They respond to email (that's the only way to contact them). I was given a false return
address and after 2 months and almost $30 in return postage, I got the package back.
They offered a refund but the amount was laughable.

I also ordered from them. Such a scam!! Got all polyester knock offs and not the dresses pictured in the photos! No way to return them, no valid address!! Website says don’t return to the address sent from because it’s only a warehouse! But no address otherwise. Scam!!
I purchased two 2XL shirts. The 'Assuming I'm just an old lady' one is labeled 97% cotton 3% spandex and is paper thin. It has a shiny iron on type transfer of the design, and some of the lettering didn't take. The other was way too small to be a 2XL. I emailed the contact email given and my email bounced. I then did a Facebook search and found 9 different variations of pages with skyiens1995, 1995-1 etc and Hipkate has same product pictures. I did find another email support @skyiens .com and took out the obvious spaces put in it to throw people off. That email didn't bounce. Yet. I don't hold out hope of recovering $. Next time I'll thoroughly read the entire website. Much broken English and way too wordy with many excuses why they don't deliver good customer service. My package came from China and had no packing slip

I ordered 2 tops from Skyiens that took forever to arrive. Then when I got them they were not what I ordered at all! I contacted their customer service people. Now they've offered from 25% to 60% to give back to my credit card. I've offered quite a few times to pay for the shipping to return these tops so I can then get what I ordered but they will not give me an address or a return label stating that the cost is significant. They want me to keep them instead. I wouldn't wear them across the street! Does anyone know if the Better Business Bureau would handle a case like this? Or a states attorney generals office since the tops came from New York?
Me too! Ordered 6 items. When the order came, 5 of the 6 items were not what I ordered. They offered me only 15% off of the items I did not order. Told them no way and have not received a response. Don't buy from these people. What I did get was all thin and cheapish. And they wont do anything. RIDICULOUS. They need to be stopped. Maybe someone over the pond can help.

Real Rip off. Ordererd xmass jumpers, got a pièce of polyester material, looking like a poncho shape, no sleeves, a round piece ( like a table clothe) with a whole in the Middle. Disgusting, not even good enough to clean the floor with!

This company is a scam. I ordered 7 tops 3 were the wrong size and 3 were the wrong tops. I sent them a number is emails finally they answered me and wanted to see the tops that were sent wrong after that they told me That returning them would be expensive and I told them that is tuff they made the mistake then they offered 15 % refund I haven't been refunded yet. I donated the wrong tops. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...IT IS A SCAM!!!!
I bought 4 tops. One was what I ordered the other 3 weren't even close. Filed a claim with PayPal and it was decided in my favor. However, I was supposed to send the tops back before getting a refund. When I went to ship them back, it would have cost me $110.00 USD to ship it back. I paid $70.00 for the tops. Obviously, it would have cost me more to return them then just keep them. Total scam! They have you send it back to China because they know it will cost too much!
Wow I’ve never read so many negative reviews. I was looking for Christmas jumpers and I thought the ones on Skyeins.com looked lovely. Thankfully I decided to check them out before I ordered anything. Thank you De-reviews.com and all of the people who have been scammed by them, you have saved me the money, time and embarrassment of being duped.
Well, at least I know that I'm not the only one who ordered in good fath and got a bad deal. Two worst things I found when the shirts finally arrived - there is NO cotton in them at all - 95% polyester and 5% spandex, which I could feel when I got them out of the package. Second thing is that the sizing is bizarre and the photos to not reflect the actual shape of the shirts - they are straight up and down, not A-line or wider at the bottom than at the bust. No flowing, soft shirts here! Polyester shirts that roll up if you have any bumps at all, or, just because they can!
I ordered 4 shirts August 24th. After I ordered I see the promotion where if you by 2 you get a percentage off, 3 you get more off and 4 you get 40% off. Really??? I sure didn't see the discount in my checkout.

Ugh, wish I had researched more, as I too order 5 colorful shirts and received 5 that were so cheaply made and absolutely nothing like what I had ordered and not even the right size! I wrote them and offered to send them back thinking I just received someone else's order by mistake and was not given an address to do so, only a "we're sorry, but we're now sold out and shipping would be expensive" and offered me a 25% refund and to keep the 5 products that I cannot and will not be able to wear! I told them I will be reporting them to Facebook, PayPal, and every review site like this one that I can to prevent others from being scammed.

I really, really wish I had investigated more before ordering. I received 6 tops today - I hadn't ordered any of them. I haven't received any of the tops I actually ordered. I am sending them messages through every channel I can, going to Paypal as well, reporting them to Facebook as a scam and writing reviews wherever I can. I am kicking myself for not investigating further as I normally do!! So upset as I have ordered more than 6 tops. I really wasn't interested in a 4XL "Old Hippies don't die" t-shirt ? If anyone has ideas or has had success with getting a refund, please let me know and thank you.
This company is bad bad bad. Do not order from them. Didn’t see what I ordered. Sent replacement not even in the right size. Offered refund of $5.39 for two shirts I paid $18 a piece. Again don’t order for them.
I ordered quite a bit back in April without researching the website first. I emailed them numerous times and finally got a response the first week in August that my order wouldbe sent ASAP.....oddly it was 4 days after my bank pulled the money back.
Last week of August and still no communication or items.
I ordered from this company in May. I received my order a month later. I Love my 3 shirts and I've received MANY compliments!! I wish i could order more from them!!

I ordered 6 tops from SKYIENS. I only kept one top, as the other 5 were not accurate with what I had ordered. The company’s return policy is dishonest. To this day, they refuse to give me their correct return address. Instead, they use COVID as an excuse to just keep offering me a % of a refund. They are a scam!!!

It is a scam. I order a shirt and the one a received was nothing like the one I ordered and the sleeves are sown on inside out.
I see that they make a habit of sending the wrong order. I too ordered 2 tops and what I received were totally not what I ordered. I tried reaching out 3 times to the email that they list to contact if you have a problem. Never got a response back until I filed a claim with PayPal. They finally responded to my email asking what the problem was and I told them that I didn’t receive what I ordered and I even sent them photos of what I received. Since then, no response. At this point after reading all the complaints above, I am going to continue on with my claim against them with PayPal! Wish me luck!!
Same here. Ordered 6 shirts - 4 were completely wrong items. It's like people pick the orders with their eyes closed. The SKU numbers aren't even close to what was ordered! No response via email. I'll be opening a claim through PayPal and Discover. I'm furious - I REALLY wanted what I ordered. And the same thing happened with a couple of other sites that look just like this one.
Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered two shirts and I think they just grabbed whatever they wanted to send and shipped it. I wish Facebook would control the crap ads that get posted.
Same complaint as above. I ordered 6 tops, got my shirts about a month later and only one was remotely close to what I ordered. Several correspondence later they want me to take a 30% discount and keep the tops because it would "cost so much to reship." Now 3 weeks later we're at 40% discount. I told them I was filling a claim with my bank AND a negative review everywhere I could find. To top it off.... the took $1 and some change more than my total purchase!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! The shirts they sent are really cheap too.
I ordered from this company, I received some of what I ordered but many wrong items were sent. There were items not ordered, multiples of the same item that I didn’t order and one items wasn’t what I ordered but said it was. It was almost impossible to contact company, and the three replies I received didn’t resolve the issue. They said the items I ordered were out of stock, keep the wrong items and offered a 30% discount. I took my 30% discount as it was very close to what I didn’t receive, I did like some of the things but with all the trouble I wouldn’t order from them again. It’s a total bummer because I liked a lot of their product. Don’t waste your time and money, thank heavens I used PayPal!

This company totally misrepresented their products. Ordered seven shirts took 2 months to get here to Texas, three were the wrong shirt, and none of them were good quality. Have been going back and forth with them for about a month there are only offering me a 30% refund! What a rip off!
I am having the same issue with Skyiens. All my orders were tops I never ordered and I have not received 1 top that I did order. After reading other customers complaints I now realize I have been scammed too. Next step off to Paypal and try to get refunds. I have 8 orders for them to fix. One of them even said it was delivered before the order was even placed. So upset, they were nice looking clothes that I was really looking forward to getting.

Ordered 4 shirts from this site and received them in about 4 weeks. However, none of the 4 are what I ordered. Tried messaging and no reply. Strangely, the tracking of the package indicated that it came from China but the exterior packaging said California. The shirts were pretty good quality but not at all what I ordered.
I ordered 5 tops. Received 1 that wasn't even what I ordered. Had to pay 9.99 just to ship. They need to be prosecuted for mail fraud as well as false advertising & should NOT be allowed to operate in the US @ ALL!

I ordered from them and it took a month to get my order. Blame it on Covid. The tops are ordered are a weird fabric, no labels to identify it, sizes are small and they definitely did not represent what they posted on the website. Again, no return address. Buyer beware.

I ordered a v-neck button up blouse from them just to test the wsters. I did receive it, not from the U.K. but from California a month later. It had a very odd fabric which was extremely thin, although the tag said that it's 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The print looks pretty cheap and it fit poorly around the shoulders...odd cut. I'm still going to try one of their T-shirts out of curiosity. Also, since they take Paypal, if they dissapear at least you can get your money back if you use that as a payment option.
