Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return and Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse). So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

They are definitely a scam, I ordered and paid for 5 pcs since mid-April and only received 1 item after 1.5 months. Keep saying it's logistics problem and I think globally they are the only one have problem in logistics. It definitely a scam and do not buy from them!

j'ai effectué une commande sur ce site et depuis le 28 mars ma commande est toujours en attente d’expédition on est 7 avril. Je l'ai ai contacté par mail ils me répondent rencontre des difficultés suite au COVID ce qui fait que ma commande prend du temps a être envoyer. Je l'ai est contacté une deuxième fois cette fois pas de réponse. quelle recours puis attendre j'ai quand même dépensé 50 € pour cette achat ? Quelqu'un peut il m'aider ?
Si vous n'avez pas reçu votre commande, vous pouvez contacter votre banque ou votre société de carte de crédit et leur demander de vous aider avec un remboursement. Si vous avez payé via PayPal, vous pouvez alors ouvrir un litige via votre compte PayPal pour obtenir un remboursement.
