I ordered two braided wigs from their website Tuwigs .com. They sent me two straight wigs instead. I emailed them about the issue. I was asked to send photos of the wigs that I received. Once I did that, their response was that I could only receive a 20% refund and keep the wigs. I asked them to send the products that I ordered or a full refund. They said I could get a 40% refund once I send the wigs back to them and pay for shipping myself. I am in the process of filing a dispute with my bank to get a refund. SCAM! They send what they want to you and try to force you to give them your money as if it was your fault that they sent the incorrect order. There are still braided wigs on that website but they claim they only have the products that they sent to me.
