DO NOT DEAL with Sawonly. I made the mistake of purchasing a Rainbow Music Kit - Musical Tree Pro. It was expensive. When it arrived, I only received the wooden balls not the tree component. Customer service response often went up to 5 days without a reply to my questions. They keep telling me the warehouse confirmed that everything was sent as one package. I keep explaining that I received one package which did not contain the tree and keep insisting that the warehouse made a mistake, requesting that they send the missing component. Apparently to receive a refund, I have to return the wooden balls to China, which they said was expensive and offered 7USD in compensation. Ridiculous!
I purchased in December 2021, yes that's right 2021. One year and 3 months ago, I still have not received my merchandise. They have given me the run around. This company IS A SCAM!! Do not order from them.
GOD!! How I wish I had done my research PRIOR to ordering!! The videos/photos are so well made, I felt 99% sure it was legit!! I called my bank but they can’t stop payments on Debit cards; I tried to contact PayPal and got frustrated; maybe I’ll try later; I JUST ordered $100 worth of items for a week old grandson 15 minutes ago!!! I've been SCAMMED by this company! The unfortunate aspect, I thought to be much smarter! What angers me the most is the items I thought I purchased were to be birthday gifts for my granddaughter! Everything that is stated above is 100% correct, no way to contact other than email, and the promise of response in 12 hours (strange), does not happen! According to the USPS tracking number, the package was delivered on July 11th at 4:14 PM to a mailbox in a city that was not included in the address. Not only will I be contacting my bank, but also my State's Attorney Office to enlighten them on this SCAM company, etc. I wish I had seen this review first! Thank you for sharing.
I have been back and forth with this Sawonly company, and I have so many emails from them with their excuses. I ordered in January and here it is June and still havent received it. I am contacting the Attorney General. They took my money but a couple months ago say they can't refund my money or cancel my order. Such BS.

I ordered and paid for an item in December 2021 and despite numerous emails I am still waiting for delivery or a refund. Each time I contact the company I get a very quick response telling me that they are looking n to it/checking with the despatcher/ chasing the transport company/experiencing delays due to Covid etc etc etc. For the past month I have been requesting tracking details, despatch number or (preferably) a refund, but the same excuses keep coming. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
