As per Google Search, there is another business named "United Capital Property Investments (Cyprus) Limited" at this address. We also found that this address is rented as virtual address to companies for company registration purposes. (Source: Rovva.com) So, this makes very clear that it is not a physical location of its company or store. Moreover, this address is also found to be used by other sites like HuseMall, OyauShop, RnciMall, Botobre, TfieMall, Wubhoty, EclnShop, NcarMall, Freesace, AtikiShop, OneesanStyle, Comwishs, Rrstmall, Earvimall, BiologyTrainingAid, Wersqut, Noletin, Lotrskt, Nooemo, Eounit, Bukstule, FdeMall, LonWig, Thexixo, Prokud, Amydum, Rollguru, etc. Hence, we don't recommend this site for the online shopping.

Its domain name i.e. OckiMall .com and website name i.e. HuseMall are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

I ordered something from this company and never received it....I would like the product that I ordered or my money returned.
I ordered the pots and baking dishes and never received it ??
Ockimall is a scam site. I purchased a set of 4 cushioned chairs and a firepit. The payment went through my account. I never received it. When I contacted them they claimed they sent me a pillow of which I also did not received. They offered me a 30% refund, then a 40% refund but I had to return the product! I told then how could I return something I had never received? It's been nothing but a run-a-round with them. I intend to report them to BBB and Consumer Affairs. Don't send them your money. This is definitely a FRAUDULENT company!!!
Full on scam had confirmation of my order but received a cheap cushion. Replied with both the original order number and the one on the packaged and was told that I had ordered from the wrong page????? Even though the confirmation statements and product on the way message showed exactly what I had ordered. My option was to accept 30% of the purchase price as refund. This is of course a very simplified version of all the conversations. Buyer be very ware!!!!
