I ordered my second lot of BB cream from Satxies and this time they sent me the wrong shade and are refusing to provide either a full refund (including return postage costs) or replacement product as per my order.
I also found the same product on eBay for about half the price when I looked up "avocado bb cream".
Much as I love the product, I cannot recommend this company. I have had to escalate my claim to PayPal.

I got scammed too. I went on to check the status and the tracking number doesn’t exist and when I went back to the site it says the store is closed! I paid for mine through PayPal so I’m going to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back.
I did get the Oyax B&B creams (2) as advertised but I paid way more $40.99 than I could’ve gotten on Amazon for a different brand but same products. I’m wondering whether to change my credit card though. Products took a month to arrive and it was from China. I emailed the company and they did respond and gave me a tracking number that worked. The first one sent didn’t work.
It's better you change your credit card if you have a doubt.
I got scammed too!!!! Satxies list good reviews,so that is why I tried it I can't believe they were all BS. I'm not working now: like a good deal once in a while,so mad this happened to me.?

I saw this proceeded to go to fb site..number listed for the UK company listed call as calling indiana..woman answered told me I've been scammed.she gets tons of calls! She went on to tell me website is taken down(it us) and to call my bank..I am tommorow
