The item I ordered was misrepresented and arrived broken in very poor packaging. Stained glass birds, were not glass but flimsy plastic. Customer service is slow to respond and unacceptable resolution offered. They list under so many different company names and contacts. The 3-5 day turnaround took 6 weeks to arrive. No tracking as it came from China, but that is no where stated on the merchant page. Junk
