Almost a year since my order. I contacted them, they told my shipping was stocked at the borders because of the COVID but that everything would be ok and now the email does not seem to work anymore..A big No No
I’ve been scammed by this company. My fault for going through Facebook advertising it and ordering nearly £100 of goods never received. Facebook should double check who they let in to advertise or is it just another money grabbing rip off by Facebook too. I have tried to report Initial fun to Facebook but there is absolutely nowhere to go to. Appalling and very upsetting.
This site is 100% a scam. Order doesn't arrive. They won't refund your money or update you on anything at all.
Please don't order from this company. They will take your money and you will never get your order. When contacting them they will reply with a generic email that is used with a few changed words for every reply no matter what your email says. This company is definitely a scam! DO NOTNORDER FROM THEM!!
6 months since ordering and still no goods! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering - would not have done so. Although am getting a response from them it is totally unacceptable and they will not refund, asking me to be patient!! DO NOT order anything from this site.

Do not order from this website. I placed an order over two months ago and all I’ve received is please wait another couple of days. I’ve reported them to Facebook as they shouldn’t host scammers.
