I waited 3 months for the toilet butler which was said to hold a regular toilet roll! Absolutely disgusting dont buy anything from this site it is about 6 ins tall and is basically a tiny ornament that couldn't hold anything 22 pounds wasted!
Lemonbears - I ordered a cat & mouse door knocker , this took weeks to arrive and the mouse had a broken leg - before it was painted !-----e-mails returned but managed to find address it was support@lemonbears. Send photo`s I did and was asked 3 times so sent 3 lots ! e-mail said we must send photo`s to factory . I WAIT --- KEEP IT AND WE WILL SEND £2 ( YES 2 POUNDS ) . I REPLIED - NO - I DIDN`T WANT DAMAGED GOODS ---- LAST E-MAIL We are sorry no refunds or replacement after 7 days this was never said before * SO * DON`T BUY FROM LEMONBEARS cheap ,broken goods ---

I ordered my toilet Butler on 9th April 2021 they saying it's been delivered which it wasn't what can i do
You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
Same as above totally useless been waiting a month . Will now get on to credit card company . Please don’t buy from these .
Complete scam, item nothing like picture or description. Trading under Adah technology?. They want me to send item back to receive refund (£27) plus postage!! I think we all know if I send the item to address then a refund will never happen!
I made an order from lemonbears in March for the funny faces for our garden, costing £75.00, I have tried to contact them, but can only do it by email, first time had a reply saying it will be dispatched in 7 days, now 28 th April no items arrived, tried on other occasions to contact them but no response
It is now April 28th a month after my order from Lemonbears and my last message from them over a week ago telling me that they were resending the parcel and l had to be patient l think l have been very patient and guess what still no show and the tracking number is the same one and it tells me it was delivered on 12th April .l reported it to Face book as a scam but just a line from them to acknowledge it .l am completely sure l will never get this parcel a complete con
I agree, I have been in e-mail contact asking for a refund due to my tracking showing order being processed for 2 weeks, they refused stating it had been dispatched. That was 10 days ago, still not received. They did refund the £3.60 they overcharged me stating I had agreed to postage insurance which I had not. Found the items cheaper on Ebay so not as though price was unrealistic
I completely agree that this is a scam website. I wish I had read your information before placing my order and losing my money. Total utter scam site.
I dont think is genuine. I ordered a givt ov a plant pot to be sent to her address on th 28th March .The money was taken out of my account instantly. The thing making me suspicious was the company that took the money was begonia gardens a d the company delivery anc tracking was xbordercomerse .l still havent received the item and getting nowhere with them .It was tracked to Buckingham Royal mail who said it had a different address to the one l gave or the tracking number was wrong .The company admitted it was delivered to the wrong addess but no contact fro them for over a week .Also as l have commented on the Lemon bears site and my comments disappear l bave a suspicion that they are now trading on Face book as Lullview on line .Fortunate for me l only spent £19.99 and on my credit card so l can ta,e it up with them but someone has to do some thing to stop these people
