Ordered a jacket Oct 2022 from Rouleay .com and as of Jan 10 2023 have not received the order?
Have exchanged several emails regarding the order was told there was a problem with shipment at the border and my package was returned
Was asked to please be patient and they would ship a month ago!
Tried to send several emails today and they were returned saying undeliverable
So probably lost my money
Very poor customer service if they exist!!!!
