What is Vukzone .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling fashion and clothing products like accessories, suits, shoes, pants, t-shirts, tops, two pieces sets, jumpsuits, ethnic-tees, dresses, heels, slip ons, shorts sleeve t-shirts, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Vukzone / Freealo is considered as one of the suspicious sites due to the following reasons:

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address of this online store is provided on its Terms and Service page as Kentesh Ltd. This parent company name is provided in a image format rather than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam sites so that no one can find their site by searching this company name and address on Google. Moreover, this company name is also used by other suspicious sites like Celinyo, Easyalvina, GuloryGiraffol, Briceveer, Serfarier, Cetalief, Bpingoo, Catarilo, Coraart, Wzasho, Kiraup, Reydolf, Vailriy, Nowwithlove, Penviline, Twntovgs, Luseeyo, Sortiments, Onlael, Dudingt, Cetabille, Safomon, Amicepo, Loradina, Prenewko, HotLifeStore, Bilrelen, Pergette, Verydeer, Inaist, Volotina, Yeesney, Tuninss, Cabirona, Alicepal, Pelticoa, Ranklina, Dektyole, Pincaspe, Sioupla, Choulog, Memeteno, Betalina, Groovawo, Lisaio, Hallaqueve, Raosalin, Blrkenarizona, Parfaity, Crossdora, Tyrucari, Suniresal, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name Kentesh Ltd., however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. service@freealo .com is not related to its domain name.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Its domain name i.e. Vukzone .com and website name i.e. Freealo are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
