This is a scam! I paid about 50.00 plus tax for clothes never received or money refunded. I sent countless emails and to no availability. Now emails returning back unknown. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALL A SCAM. REPORTED DOZENS of emails to BBB. THEY ARE ALSO HAVE many reports of this same company. Never order again.

I ordered from them in October when I saw the ad on Facebook. The clothes were so cute and stylish and CHEAP. I ordered $50 worth of shoes and clothing as upcoming birthday gifts. The money was instantly deducted from my account and was sent confirmation that I would receive notification of shipping. After 2 weeks I noticed that my order still showed awaiting shipment so I emailed customer service (Monterel) and they said I should allow 8-15 days for shipment. With the birthdays quickly approaching, about the 2nd week of November I emailed them again expressing the status of my order still was awaiting shipment. They promised that I would definitely have my order on November 27th. Since that was a Sunday I waited a couple days before I let them know that I never received my order and I wanted my refund. On December 1st they emailed me apologizing and stating that they were processing my refund and I would have it 7-15 days but it could be up to 20 days! I emailed back and asked why did it take minutes to deduct the money but it will take you up to 20 days to refund me back??! I said it sounded scammish to me and I’ve heard nothing back ??♀️
Don't order from this place! I ordered $84.00 of clothes and received nothing also my daughter ordered $41.00 of clothes we ordered at same time and both of us received nothing! They took our money and we got NOTHING! It has been since August 2022 that we have waited on our refund or receive our clothes! This company is a huge SCAM!! DON,T ORDER FROM THEM!! I wish someone would have warned me! I can't believe they can get away with this! It's stealing and fraud!! Shame of this so called Company!!

They got me for $25 I order since October still never received my order I email them no respond. I got scam $1,000 from EBay wish I went through market place nd I load some money on a ebay card. The next day they call for more money. That’s when I notice they was scamming me. They told me they was eBay customer service . I hope one day they get caught up

Danetol is apparently a scam in which we’ve all been taken. I’m not going to worry about it but I’m just going to be grateful that it wasn’t for more than the $39 that I spent with them. & consider it a lesson learned. May God bless all of you that have endured the same thing and I pray that you get your blessing in another way. And know that they may seem to be getting away with it right now but it’s going to catch up to them soon.
Don't order from the site! It's a scam! Put it on Facebook and Instagram and call the better business bureau turn them in! Let everyone know don't order from them they steal your money!

Hi I've emailed danetol a few times as ive paid for a few items and still yet to receive them . I've had no reply. So I'm absolutely furious . Not the first time this has happened. It was advertised on Facebook . So 2 questions ..why the hell does Facebook not pick up on these scams and what do I do now ? Do I chase up Facebook ? As they are the ones who has aloud this site and these dam scammers to rip people off . So sick of it !!!!

Just ordered on Danetol clothing site and tried to look back and fine my confirmation order one pair of jeans and they showed didn't have anything I looked under my name and I looked under my Gmail they said they didn't have anything and I also gave them the order number they said they didn't have anything yet my bank just notified me they approved my order then I saw this talking about their character and that they may be questionable now I'm hoping my order goes through I ordered it August 16th today at 1:06 p.m. today they also use the service@Serfarier .com and it looks like they're using the name s e r f a r i e r wish me good luck
