Contact your credit card company and let them know of this, they will probably refund you your money and hopefully stop making future payment to this company when individuals try to make purchases

This is a Scam side ,you make the order and pay ,you never get anything wait for two months and they tell you " Due to the impact of the epidemic, your order is temporarily unable to pass the customs inspection" So you have to wait another 2 months for the refund but never comes...

It's a scam I bought a product up to dis date nothing came. Product number 00085852
Purchased 5 items have been in touch telling them I’m not prepared to wait any longer,they replied three times and I told them I want my money refunded they told me that they had so many refunds that it was taking a long time,not sure why they have so many refunds,obviously they are using there scam to rope peoples hard earned money in to the dodgey buisness in Hong Kong,I’ve told them today that I won’t go away and will cause as much aggravation that I can until this situation is resolved.will keep you in touch.
I bought two items on 02/08/22. It's mid October now and the status of my order is awaiting shipping. I requested a refund and got a standard message Dear Customers, you will get refund in 5, 10 or 20 days. Ridiculous.

Purchased 2 items from the advert of Choulog on Facebook. This was on 22/8. The advert suggests delivery will take place (Europe) in 3/6 business days. Some 11 days later nothing has been heard from these people. Obviously a scam!

no se dejen engañar, más seguro es comprar en tiendas locales donde también existen buenas ofertas y calidad de productos .
Definitivamente es una estafa . compré una oferta de dos remeras que nunca recibí, tampoco me reintegraron mi dinero pese a escribirles en varias oportunidades, se comprometieron a reintegrarlo en mi tarjeta de crédito a los quince días y al día de hoy nunca vi reflejado en mi resumen el importe del mismo . no fue una gran suma de dinero pero la verdad es que nunca imagine que se tratara de una estafa . por lo tanto recomiendo no usar tiendas de compras que no sean seguras o al menos chequear la información antes de confirmar una compra . lo peor es que una vez que empiezan los reclamos ya no se puede visitar la página de la tienda y se pierde todo contacto .
