I ordered 6 items under their discount code if buy 5 get one free BUT after much questioning they only sent 3 items and not 6 under one tracking and will not respond to my inquiry on the other half of my order. They even provided an email stating they were sending 3 items in your order but after it was delivered they stopped responding to my email inquiries about the other half of my order. Their delivery times in their page are very inaccurate. The tracking isn't accurate either.
Same I'm lost 150 usd the sayed reson I didn't receive items because of wrong address.

I purchased 2 garments at the end of October 2023 after I had surgery. I did not hear anything from the company until 11/15/2023 when I emailed customer service for a shipping update. I was told the garments were shipped and given the tracking# I inquired again by email on 11/27/2023 because the status of the delivery said the package was delivered, and they showed a picture of the front door. I immediately contacted customer service again to let them know that the package was delivered to the wrong house. I uploaded the pictures taken by the delivery service along with the picture of my apartment and sent them to customer service. I was told first to contact my post office to see if they could get the package back and then I was told that the shipping company was made aware of the mistake and would be contacting me. today is 1//25/2023 and I still have not heard from anyone. I made this purchase with PayPal thinking that it would be safe, but the company assured PayPal that the items were delivered. - I WON'T BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I ordered from this company on Jan 5th, never received shipping info but their shipping policy says 10-20days. I waited 21 days and contacted them, they replied 2 days later saying the items I ordered were not in stock. I told them ok, I'll change my order for something that is in stock, it was fine with me cause I had already purchased and received 2 other fajas from amazon since the order was taking so long. I also sent screenshots of the items I wanted to replace the order with. They never replied after another 3 days I emailed again, contacted them on whatsapp. They finally answered the email and offered 20% coupon for inconvenience. I said ok fine, I want to apply that coupon to my new order cause I did include an additional item to purchase. This time someone replied on whats app. and I told them the same thing to just exchange the order. They took another 3 days to reply and this time they said they received the original item in stock, I email and told them No, I had already emailed days prior and asked for a different item. They act like they didn't even see the email cause they never even acknowledged the request but discussed items surrounding it. After a couple of days of this I just said forget it and let them send the 2 fajas. It took another 2 weeks to arrive. Customer service is FUSTRATING. The actual item is good. I really want to order from them again, just scared of what the result will be.
Yes that's true!!!Chic Curve is definitely a SCAM!!! I ordered shape wear on 11/14/23 and the same thing happened to me! They're on Instagram I did check out reviews that appeared to he legit. However I feel these reviews had to be created by them. I received the item in a week , couldn't fit and wanted a refund. I found out that it was mailed to me from a New Jersey address, when it was time to return it, I found out that their company is in China! Needless to say the games began. They began playing email games, forever asking me to order more shapewear for even more money. Ro this day I continue to fight for my money! Stay away from this den of thieves!!!!🤬
I lost almost $100 with this company because the address was incomplete and they couldn't deliver. I immediately contacted them to let them know when the package was in the US but after 2 days they replied saying that they couldn't do anything and they didn't return my money or send me the product again. Communication is poor and they do not specify on their page that the products come from China. This company should definitely not be trusted.

In email the reply that costoms destroyed item's because of wrong address and I want order again the give me 30%off for new order ? it's mean I already lost 150 usd and now the ask more.
I also noticed when you look closely at the pictures of the clothing on their site some of it looks photoshopped or painted on. It's very slight so you have to have a technical/graphical eye to see it but that alone makes the site look a bit unprofessional to me. If anyone has actually purchased merch from this site and has had success please leave a review. Thank you
