This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
Not only that, you may be surprise to know that it has provided multiple problematic parent company names on its Terms and Conditions page. On the first paragraph of its Terms page, it has mentioned it is jointly operated by "Midodo International Trading Limited" and "BUMPERR Limited". The problematic sites like Nealaba, Oldlovey, HelpCosy, Lindstart, Hoursway, Oopshappy, FallBeach, Ezreai, etc. has provided above mentioned two parent companies’ names.

It is selling the products on unrealistic sales offers that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.

So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. This is the worst company EVER. Beautiful tops shown and hideous clothes delivered. Only got a 50% refund after threatening to expose them. DO NOT BUY EVER...A COMPLETE SCAM.
DO NOT BUY FROM PATOWL!! The items are crap and NOTHING like the clothing pictured. Despite what they say about a full refund they will only offer 10%. I badgered them and got 50%. I received the same email Teresa above did and kept emailing them back. Full scam. What you get is just horrible!! Cheaply printed on slimy cloth.
I should have listened to the reviews. The site is a scam.
I order 7 tops-6 were like the Mexican embroidered floral tops. On the site, the shirts, look like the floral design are actually embroidered. The tops I received have UGLY printed flowers. They look nothing like the shirts online.
I should have better read their return policy. They don't offer to refund your money for any circumstance. They only offer to send you replacements. I don't want their janky clothes.
I'm sure I'll have to send pics of the items I received , so they can compare them to the tops on their website. It's just a hassle. Which I'm sure is intentional, so nobody will bother with returning anything.
It took over 25 days to receive my order of these ugly janky clothes.
I ordered a blouse from this website. What I received was a totally different shirt from what I had ordered and when I messaged the company all they did was give me a 10% refund.
