Nenul Order # 4850345 Your return policy is very difficult. I most likely will not be purchasing from you in the future, mainly because I've tried twice and the sizing is too large. In addition it is impossible to retrieve the return authorization and address.
I paid 33.99 for a shirt I hate (the other two are fine) and you won’t sent me a label for a return. First you say you will give me $8 I say no I want a label for a return. Then you change it to $15 now $18. I want my 33.99 plus tax back. I’m not dealing.
Hope I can “eventually” get customer service to call me back! So far no luck. The blouses are poor quality and the top button is at the middle of the center (up and down) on my bra! Think getting a refund is going to be very, very difficult! WHY didn’t I just order 1 blouse!
Their pictures, the quality of the material! Not the same.
