I ordered 2 sweaters that were not good quality. I ended up getting a credit after emailing back and forth and then was told to return to Dubai . The shipping was $40.00 at UPS store in Nov 2022. Today, 5 months later I recieved the package back and it said no such address!!! Seriously a scam.
I ordered 4 sweaters for Christmas gifts, was notified they had been shipped December 16th, Here it is December 28th and tracking says a label was created but the shipper has not yet delivered it to USPS!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress and a shirt. the dress was not in stock so they refunded it ASAP. The shirt arrived. Did not look like the shirt that I ordered. The sleeves were like 4 inches too long. I sent for a refund or exchange, got a reply stating that they would compensate me 11$ for 40$ shirt. I said yes and will not ever order from them again or any other market service from Facebook. Not worth the hassle.
The 2 dresses I ordered took forever to arrive!! They in no way resembled the photos on the web site!! Now I see the sketchy refund process with no information included with packaging.Will try to get my purchase price returned but don't have high hopes!!
Summer dress for my daughter was cheap nasty material. Not at all like the soft cotten type fabric shown. At a x-large cups were maybe a B cup. It also had a weird plastic smell. As I bought it for her she has it but it was not fit for a gift.
I found this vendor on Facebook and decided to order three items because the Dueyo website stated "Made in US" and I wanted to support US manufacturing. When the items arrived every item was labelled "Made in China". When I asked to return two items that did not fit, they refused to refund me and eventually offered $25 (which they did return to my card) and to keep the items because the shipping is too expensive. Of course, they never indicated where to ship return items. Like the other comments above, I highly recommend not purchasing from this company and never think that Facebook vets the ads they post.

I read on the original website I saw when I ordered that these dresses were made to order in stage US – I never should’ve believed that.

I ordered 3 dresses, all in the same size - besides the fact that none of them fit, all are incredibly inconsistent!
These are not American sizing.
I wear a regular (not plus size) XL at Old Navy, so I ordered an XXL on these to be safe. One of them I can barely get over my head, one fits like a sausage casing, and the other one could fit...if I had my reduction. They wouldn’t be worth it because the fabric looks like a slinky polyester bathrobe... which was certainly not apparent from the photos.
I also ordered 2 dresses. They are extremely cheaply made . Has anyone been able to get a refund?

Thank you for the heads-up. I appreciate that. I was very interested in ordering from this company. It said that they had high quality clothing and they claimed that the company was based in the USA. I got suspicious and looked into this company before I ordered. Am I glad I did. The comments were not good. I have ordered from Chinese companies before. The materials have been cheap, the quality cheap, and seem to never be true to size. This just seems like another online company that does not hold true to their word, yet gets by with ripping people off. It is a true shame that they can claim to be USA based.
Deuyo that sells online is a SCAM. No info to return if needed. I am out 117.97!
I ordered 2 dresses and they came in a reasonable amount of time. I loved the fabric and style but the S was too small and the M looked like a nightgown when tried on. I wanted to exchange for correct size but process was convoluted and postage of $15 return was not worth it even if it went to China. Chinese address label led to amusing discussions. No fabric label or washing instruction. Am disappointed it is a scam.
I ordered 2 dresses from this company. No way to contact them to exchange for the right size. No phone number or contact info for them. Please don't waste your time and money on this horrible whatever it is! I smelled a rat when I was to be charged to chat with someone not connected to them to exchange for the right size. Government needs to investigate this mess!

Ordered dresses. They arrived. Decided to return. Was told that if I wanted a full refund I would have to mail them back at my expense - to Dubai! Otherwise they would only refund me half.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I ordered a couple of dresses and got both with no problem. I love one, it’s extremely comfortable. The second one not so much; it really looks nothing like the picture and hangs like a sack. I ordered another dress and it just arrived and it’s lovely. I think part of the problem is the material composition. If it’s 35% elastase and 65% rayon, or very similar, it should be fine.
This website is a scam. Please people do not order. Dresses are terrible quality and not worth the cost at all
I askaed about the origin of the manufacturing of the clothes asking if indeed it was made in america. No answer given, and acatually, the question was not allowed by their "standards". Another like site said the clothes were made in South Carolina. I was to order a dress and then asked if the dress was made in america. The whole site disappeard but replaced with Keoyu - ssimilar dresses. I advised some buyers to find out if the clothes were labled American made. Zulily is another one of these Chinese companys.
Well well, same issue here. Ordered 2 dresses, when received, the printed floral fabric on what of them was sewed upside down. On the other dress, there is a white spot (no ink). The label on the bag mentions "Made in China" although site claims all products are made in US !! I have sent several emails and they do not accept the return/exchange as it would be too costly as their return address is in Dubai !!! They only are willing to reimburse me 1/4 the cost of my initial purchase. Never buy there again !! Beware
I ordered two dresses that are not what was described. The company will not answer emails or requests for refund. The company states ships from Canada which is false Scammers!!!
Totally scammed me. Horrible quality and fit. No refund. They offered $35 back on my $125 purchase.

The items took one month to arrive. None were right for me. Finding a way to return the items became impossible . So I am stuck with $138 of dresses that do not work for me.

I received the two dresses that I ordered after 10 days. They are lovely, the material is nice and I have no complaint with them, however, they are two tight in the bust. I wrote to customer service to ask to return them. They do not have a size that will fit me, as I ordered the largest size. They sent me a response to ask if I will accept a $16 credit and I can keep the dresses. I refused and said that I want a full refund and that I will return the dresses to the address that they give me, and I will pay the return shipping. A few days later I received another email, this time they are asking if I will accept $24 credit and keep the dresses. Again, I said no. I expect the full refund of $83.98. I have contacted my creditcard company and begun the process to dispute the charge. Since Deuyo has no address listed for me to return the product to, I cannot just send them back. Bottom line is, it is a SCAM, and unless you are mighty sure that these sizes are going to fit you, don't order from them. Although the product is nice, it's not useful if you can't wear it.
Also bought 2 dresses from them. One fit, the other was huge (same size). Tried to get the return approval as instructed-they offered me $8.00 to just keep the $40.00 dress and drop the whole thing. When I resisted they explained that their return site was in Dubai and I'd have to pay the return shipping. The refund would be issued when the package was received. Been scammed enough, donated the dress and didn't get any money back.
Scammed again. In April I ordered 3 beautiful dresses from this company because their website advertised they “manufactured and shipped” from 2 sites in the US. I tried to cancel in mid-May because they wouldn’t be here by the date of my cruise. I was told oh no, already been shipped. Went on cruise May 23-June 2. Pkg arrived JUNE 11!! Clearly came from China. Labeled “Made in China.” Fabric is the same cheap silky stuff you find in the local flea market. I know theres not a chance that I will get my $120 back. A US company? I have been scammed AGAIN! Don’t we have laws in this country?

I had placed and order on 5/24/2022 for 2 dresses', the total price $87.79. As of today I haven't receive a confirmation email from my order. No customer or 800 number available. The money was taken from my account, but no merchandise as of today.

Ordered on May 17, 2022 and still has not arrived. Received confirmation on May 26, 2022 that it had been shipped. Tracking number continually shows "Label created, not yet in system". Received another notification, "Shipped a few days ago - check back with us next week". Very irritating and frustrating as I need this for a special occasion on June 25, 2022.

I have the same problem too and complained on the FB website page and got them to ask for my email and order number which I gave them and finally everything arrived on the 23rd. I had order on May 30th. I was shocked when I saw "Made in China" as well, but I like the fit and the dresses so will keep them, I just hop that my credit card info has not been compromised. I thought like you when I saw comments that said made in Greenwood IN, and NJ that this wasa legit and made here. --- so disappointed when it came from China.
Angela I am in the same position only I received my 2 today. Quality is not very good and the material is very disappointing.
Despite clearly advertising items in Canadian price, I was charged the amount in US dollars. My complaint went unanswered. My request for cancellation and refund has gone unanswered
Site said it was a USA company. It took 3-4 weeks to receive. Material was below average. I followed their charts but everything was too small. Don't order from them.
I ordered merchandise from them and got an immediate response they received my order. Several days later I was informed it was being shipped and was provided with a tracking number. After three weeks, when the tracking number was never registered with the postal system, I contacted them of my concern. They replied several days later and said my package would arrive in three or for days, which it did. However, because the size I ordered did not fit properly, I contacted them again asking how to return the item in exchange for another size. I thought their response unprofessional in that they said all I had to do was send them money to pay for shipping the right size garment and no need to return my first purchase. They ended with “is that okay”. At that point I decided this was not a very trustworthy company.
This company neither makes in or ships from the US. They WILL NOT give you a refund if the item does not meet your expectations or fit you. They will offer you $10 for a $60 dress, and tell you it is too costly to return to Dubai. While their styles are attractive, I urge you to buy elsewhere.
I ordered two dresses from Deuyo .com and they finally came....just AWFUL!! The fabric and quality is Horrible! I would like to return them but can't find a single place to send it back to. Impossible to deal with!
I ordered two dresses, nothing like the picture advertised, poor quality, colors faded. No invoice in Pangaea, no return procedures. Tried returning items, using shipping label address. USPS returned package due to undeliverable address incomplete. Beware!

I agree w your assessment. I too looked at their contact info and found the London address. Very suspicious. I did post the question on their Facebook page asking why their address is overseas if they truly are a U S company.
