What is Orvaf .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as tops, tees, casual dresses, sweaters, cardigans, two piece sets, mini, maxi, sweater and midi dresses, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Orvaf is listed as one of the not recommended sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address on its Contact Us page as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Orvaf that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Aljok, Deuyo, Kofyr, Cinaey, Yayyz, Llusy, Moohia, Olzune, Geymy, Zaruy, Cayred, Vaugu, Esduz, Fodyc, Stobey, Daphio, Prytty, Cysue, Erhars, Anxat, Klylo, Vanayia, Syewo, Melyp, Fufes, Alxye, Abilvia, Weabel, Ericry, Payaler, CloudMemorie, Gabrinl, Dacelyn, LonelyArtis, ValaNio, Besoia, Ambrete, Brizka, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. orvaf@eiosmail.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee at the bottom of the Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return/Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

As per the above presented facts, it can be concluded that Orvaf is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. I agree with the above comments that this company is a scam! I ordered a T-shirt that looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Said it was sparkly and sequin. It was a plain ugly T-shirt. I have attempted numerous times to get my money back. First they offered me about a fourth of what I paid for it and then almost half of what I paid for it. I don’t want this ugly T-shirt! I want my full refund! Don’t buy from this company!

  3. I insisted on getting a return authorization & was sent a return address in Dubai!
Now I'm getting adds with a different company name but same merchandise pictures

  4. Total rip off company. All my items were too big. I asked for exchange they said yes and keep the items that don’t work. A month later nothing. I inquired again and say their out of stock and will return half. I said unacceptable. Now waiting to see what they will do.

  5. Ordered 5 shirts for $153.85 no shipping cost. First they refused to refund my money because the shirts were too small, offered me $50, then $85, then $120. Finally got refund but it was short by $15.19. Said it was for freight. I returned the shirts at my expense. Still won’t refund full amount.

  6. The fabrics are totally different from what the photos show. They are all plain, bland thin tee shirt material, no silver or gold highlights: misrepresented. I bought three for about $100 and after several emails had to settle for $50. They started with an offer of $15!! A scam - avoid! I am forwarding the related email thread to the FTC.

  7. It’s a rip off. Asking for a return sticker falls on deaf ears. Then they offer to refund less than half of what you paid to keep the tee that doesn’t fit. Don’t buy from this scam company!

  8. I ordered a shirt and weeks later it had not arrived. I had difficulty tracking it and did not know it would take so long. A few days ago they said it was delivered, though I did not know it. I did get a plastic bag from USPS and inside was another plastic bag that was empty. I thought it was something else, but now I realize it was probably my Orvaf delivery in my mailbox. I am pretty sure I have just lost my $40+ because they say it was delivered. No shirt…just an empty plastic bag.

  9. I wanted to return 4 items that did not fit. They would not send a return sticker and offered me $25.00. I did receive merchandise but would not suggest ordering from this company.

  10. They refuse to offer a full refund. After several emails, I was offered $29 for 2 shirts that don’t fit. Said it was their final offer and I could keep the shirts which are of no use to me. Shipping warehouse is in Dubai and it would be very expensive to return.

  11. I have ordered two tops 3 weeks ago. Not heard a word or seen them. Said it would take 10-12 days to get them.

  12. My package came destroyed!!!! Literally destroyed!!! The top can’t be worn. Tried to figure out how to return it but that’s a joke!!! It ended up in the trash. Learned my lesson!!!

  13. I ask for an exchange address, just wanted to exchange 5 tops for larger size. Haven’t heard from them!

  14. This company is a total scam! I am usually very careful but I got taken by Orvaf. Their warehouse is apparently in Dubai, not Indiana, their fabric is thin teeshirt type with faded colors, and after several of my angry emails refunded me only $50 of my $100 purchase. I will be reporting them to the FTC. AVOID THIS group of companies!!!

  15. I was ripped off. They would not send a return sticker. Offered me $12. Very suspicious. I’ll fitting clothes.

  16. This company IS a scam. I cannot get a return authorization code and they keep ‘bartering’ with me saying they’d give me $12 and to keep my merchandise. Who does this? No, I don’t want $12, I want to RETURN my items and get a full refund. How can we spread the word that this company is a scam?
