Ordered on September and it didn’t arrive at the day it suppose to come. They offered refund and told it’ll take another 20 working days , reasons for not getting the item , they says because of pandemic and told them so why advertise And so am still waiting if am gonna get my refund
Same and you won't get it and their email no longer works.
I made a purchase on September 5. Still waiting for my order. I have emailed them several times and they are claiming slow shipping due to the pandemic. Pretty sure I just threw that money away. Wish I had done my research first.

A lot of people are in the same boat. We live in hope they will prove us wrong.
They don't offer PayPal as payment method. No info on shipping.
