On Pinterest I found an item I wanted to give as a gift. I, too, have paid in full and never received the items. The tracking number shows it was delivered but it has not. I did send an email but after reading other ppl’s reviews, I don’t think I will be getting a response. Do NOT waste your time and money on this site! Total scam!!

Ordered the plush human dog beds and had waited forever had a tracking number and followed the tracking and they finally said it was successfully delivered and to top it off never got anything delivered and have been emailing and no response at all Shame on them found them on Pinterest guess that’s a great place to start to let them know that promoting them on there site doesn’t reflect well
I ordered this same thing 12/2 and have absolutely nothing. Started searching and found this thread what a rip off.
This same thing happened to me. They kept responding to me with repeat emails. Very frustrating. This place is definitely a joke
Total fraud paid in full never received the item. I got an order number and confirmation. How can these sites do this to people and get away with it.
Received no item I ordered. Was charged for it. Had a email that said item was delivered but it was not. Will attempt to get my money back. No way will I order anything online from these scammers again.
Worse, they have been sending their customers to our store (Fideliastore.com) meaning they chose their name on purpose in order to mislead customers. We've been dealing with angry customers even if we have nothing to do with them, and the email address on their website isn't even related to us... This is so frustrating for real store trying to build a good reputation.
I as well have not received the products I ordered and paid in full for. I didn't check out the comp. Until after I ordered. Big mistake! Wasted money, wasted time trying to track my order. I'm one mad customer. How do these companies get away with fraud? Why aren't they policed and monitord and fined or shut down? I don't understand
I have neither recieved my item. Checked tracking number stops at san antonio tx 12-5. Haven't received anything.
I’ve attempted to email them expecting a response. I wanted to know who were their courier since they give a tracking number. I put the tracking number they gave me through USPS. The results came back as no tracking number exist.
