yes, i also got the hook and the sinker.... still waiting for either refund or clothing - even unacceptable quality.... SCAMMERS.... i also got the ring, they claimed that this was my order, but then sending me the picture with the actual order containing the items that i did order.... Unfortunately it looks like there is no way to organize a refund or any way to send a complaint anywhere.... just venting here. We should know that if something seems unreal cheap, it is indeed 'unreal' and should not be ordered
why can't we report this company - they are just getting away with it.

I also orderd 4 complete sets of clothes ^ a lightup makeup mirror.. on 12/2/22.. On 1/13/23 They sent be a cheap ring from GRA. I contacted them by mail.. had a customer service agent named Linda, said it must have got lost in mail. That they will resend my order.. Now I don't know if this is true,since I just found these complaints..

I’ve been waiting 29 days , if I check the tracking number with small letters , it says Delivered!, but if I use capital letters, it says items on their way. I guess I fell for a scam and am out $36.97. Too embarrassed to ask my son for help
I too fell into the trap of cheap prices.This Tare company is a complete rip off. I have ordered from a company called Temu and received everything I ordered so far. Not the best quality, but at least it came.
I have been emailing these people for 2 months. They claim my order was delivered, yet I never received it. Keep saying they would refund 1/2 my money since it wasn't their fault!! Never got any money or product. Guess what ? I never will. Can't believe I fell for that crap.

I ordered a sweater/jacket and then tries to cancel but they had already that quick had deducted from my account at bank. Have been trying to get then to go ahead and send item but they just refunded 5.90 in to my account last week for some reason. They won't be a standup person to do right but take people's money and continue to be ruthless. People like that will have it come back around to them soon I hope.
This kqtare website is not active any more. I wasted my time and money and received the cheap ring and false tracking information.

Scam 100 percent! I ordered sweaters and boots. I have emailed correspondence from "Jane" also another scam website, that the supplies are slow and to be patient. She claims good things are worth waiting for. They sent me a cheap adjustable sized ring as a Christmas gift. I told them I wanted my refund but it is not happening. They use different names for their website so if the prices are unbelievable STAY AWAY! They need to be reported to whoever allows them to advertise on Facebook.

I ordered 3 sweaters on Nov. 4, 2022 and received a cheap silver ring on Nov. 28. I was really confused by the ring. No packing slip or any way of contacting someone for a refund. This is a total scam! DO NOT order from them. They send you a fake tracking number and a fake sight to track your package that does not exist. They sent me a cheap ring I did not order and never got the merchandise I did order. They insisted that my package arrived but of coarse it was only a cheap fake ring. I am going to file a dispute with my bank. I need to find a way to tell Facebook they should not allow this site to advertise on their site, I am very surprised that they do not "fact check" the sites they allow on facebook as they fact check what you say. There is a site called TARE that seems to have a decent reputation but this is eqTare and they are the scammers. They use that name on the internet which should not be allowed.

I ordered from them Oct 31st, they looked legit, I did two orders cause the prices were so low, I waited and waited and today 11/25 I received a small box and opened it to find a gold plated ring with cubic zirconia or something in there, not the retro vintage leather earrings I ordered. Where is the rest of my items? it says 1 item delivered in my mailbox. A handmade bag and a velvet top. Then on the other order the tracking at first said they couldn't find and after entering the number several times, it came up as delivered on 11/19 I never received anything! Those items were a jean jacket, a suit set, and sweater. I spent over 46.00 on these things. I sent an email, not getting any response.
I will dispute all charges to my bank and block these people.
DO NOT order from TARE. Ordered 10/26 and what I got yesterday was a cheap silver ring. No clothes and no way to contact them. TOTAL SCAM. Reported to my credit card company fraud.

Very disappointing that this company are still allowed to operate. I ordered clothing and ended up with a cheap ring- also on the package, the description was "paper towel". I've had no response to my 2 emails. These guys are criminals. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Facebook should not be advertising them.

Do not but anything from TARE ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY!! Their prices attract you, but they should also warn you that this is a SCAMMER site. Unfortunately learned the hard way.
Tare kept my móney, but never received my purse or sweater. They promised a refund, but that never happened. I told my credit card company because Tare never made it right. They kept saying that good things are worth waiting for. A cliche that went out with the sixtys. Do not buy from this company.
I got that cheap ring also. They told me my ordered got mixed up with someone else. I could keep the ring & mt two pr of boots would be reshipped immediately. That was a month & 9 days. I guess I got screwed out of my 28 bucks..

I am thinking I got screwed too. I ordered and sweater and a jacket for over 24.00 bucks. Company Tare. I got a ring. I inversely deleted the email with the tracking number. Now I am going to contact them and may not get anywhere as this company is from CHINA!
This company is a joke!! They send you a piece of crap ring say they are gonna give you a 20% refund an send out your order again it is nothing but royal!! Do not order from them!!

Placed 2 orders mid October ... received 2 rings! Now November 22nd and I still have not received my orders. Rings are a poor substitute for the items I was expecting to get. I will now be contacting my c/c company to see if they can do anything at all to retrieve the £56.79 total paid to these scam artists. They did reply to a couple of emails though... when I received the first ring I emailed them explaining I had received a wrong order, and they replied stating it was a gift. To me it was an unwanted gift and something I would never wear. Then another came. (Remember I placed two orders). They have since stopped replying to my emails requesting a refund and now I can't even bring up their website! Theses people need to be tracked down and prosecuted by our credit card companies. I did contact my credit card and bank but because I placed the order they can't do anything but close off my card and issue a new card.
BEWARE OF SCAM.
They went to my PayPal and ordered $1,300 of Bitcoin ( I stopped it in time)
and charge another one which I disputed with PayPal .
On the order confirmation they included their phone number to call if you did not approve the charges . DON'T CALL THAT NUMBER, bcz they will ask further for your card information , DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

3- ALERT THE BANKS AND CC companies.
4- Alert any company they make charges
5-REMOVE ALL THE CARDS YOU LINK TO PAYPAL ACCOUNT
6 -DISPUT ALL THE CHARGES.
ANOTHER THING: Don't order clothing made in CHINA , they don't look like the pictures, and you won't get the money back for returning to somewhere in CHINA.

Yep well i too fell into that. Exactly the same item came with certificate, a ring i didnt order. Thought oh theyve sent me barbie clothes!! $40 down the gurgler. How can facebook allow these mugs to do this. If it was me id get reported. Probably thrown in the slammer but scammers get away with it.

I also sent for clothing to kqtare price £27 92 and received a Ring. It's nice - supposedly Moissanite and it came with an authenticity certificate, but my granddaughter has checked it out and says it's fake - I should have known better lol. Interestingly, there is a 'look-a-like' ring on their website priced at £149 - Buyer Beware
