I ordered 3 items on 1/7/2023 and I have NOT received them yet. I have emailed serveral times and they state they will send new package out. However it has been almost 5 months and still nothing. This company is for sure a SCAM!!!
Like so many of these comments, I ordered several items in November 2022, which I never received. They told me the items were delivered and check mailbox. This order would not have fit in the mailbox!!! Then they asked me to confirm my address, which I did. They told me the order was delivered, but what I got was some cheap ring, which I did not order. Finally, after three months, they told me the order was lost (again) and would refund me 60% of the cost. Let’s see if I receive this refund. A total scam. Do not order.

This site is a definite scam!!! They tried to scam me but I wasn’t having it. I kept emailing them and told them they STOLE my money and I wanted it back. Although I contacted my financial institution they refunded one transaction before bank had time to investigate. Still waiting on another refund but I’m not letting this go. They are stealing from people. Keep after them and get your cc/bank involved. They will look into it and get them taken down.
I have also been SCAMMED by this "company". They took my money. STOLE my money!! I haven't got the things I ordered.
Mailed them and asked what happend to my thing..? They answered "I should check the mailbox".. Stupid answer when the things I ordered can NOT be fit in the mailbox! This just reveals that THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE!!

I believe a pop up ad came up on Instagram or something similar and I was drawn to what would be, too good of a deal. I ordered from this company in November and forgot I did so I saw the ad again and went and ordered again. Then I remembered my first order and how I didn’t receive it.
After I processed my 2nd purchase I contacted them and asked them where my 1st order was. Took a few days for them to respond but they sent me a fake tracking thing saying my package had been delivered to my mailbox. That wouldn’t have been possible because my mailbox wouldn’t fit half the stuff I ordered in it. Checked all the ring cameras as well as my neighbors and no package was delivered.
I contacted them again MULTIPLE times, getting a response in Spanish telling me to be patient. I contacted them again and told them they have stolen my money and contacted the bank for investigation. A day or so later they finally refunded my original payment however my bank is looking into them and I am still awaiting my 2nd refund which they did say they would refund.
I’ve ordered from multiple sites from different countries and have never had a problem, now I will have to check reviews etc before I order anything.
