I agree that this company is suspicious and untrustworthy. I recently purchased the mason jars ziploc bags from economic blue. It was an advertised Christmas special buy 2 get 1 free. When I finally got them, there were only 2 bags in the package. The free one was missing. So I emailed the company requesting the missing bag. I provided all the information they requested i.e., photo of the bags I received, photo of the bar code on each bag, and tracking number. They then offered me a refund of $7.19. Why $7.19? The bags were $14.95 each. I told them I preferred the free bag as advertised. No explanation was given for why they wouldn’t send the third bag. They said they would not send the missing bag, and if I didn’t want the refund I could send the order back for a full refund. They said postage would be about $20 because it would be going to China! They also said it would take a long time for the return to be processed. So this company, Economic Blue, did not honor their advertisement to buy 2 get 1 free. They refused to fulfill the order correctly and send all 3 bags. I will never do business with them again and will let their dishonesty be known.
