Update on my last post , my order was early April I tracked it right to the " local distribution Centre" and then it said it had been delivered, but it certainly never came to me, Ive checked out on line and they trade under many different names the one now is Temu when I put their name in Im taken to Just fashion Now I was offered a 70% refund but then never heard any more Ive emailed relentlessly I had planned to go to court with it to get them shut down but they have so many company names and no one address it would be impossible to file a law suit against them. It doesnt seem possible that they can take us all for a ride steal out money and we can do nothing ..
I also ordered some clothing items and received a cheap ring. Trying to get my money back. The link in my original order confirmation says the “shop cannot be found”

Im confused I saw the ad on Facebook , clicked on shop now and was taken to a JCP Warehouse clearance, checking them out they seemed legit , but now once ordered I see its this Cizo shop, I have only just ordered Im going to call my bank and see if I can cancel my card payment to them .

I had the exact same experience. They " reordered" still no delivery so then a refund like 6 months ago that I never recieved. SCAM. just the same bever see their ads anymore
I feel same thing like other people say I order last Jan20th I think 15 items of Clothes etc , it say already delivery on Feb 20th I never received the package , I do have home video I checked there were never delivery that day . I also ask few of my neighbors if they have see it . They say no , one neighbor have video across from me she checked there weren’t any delivery that day and time . I email to them complaints where is my package also I report police too ..I feel they are scam just take advantage of money not send package ..I’m very disappointed with them , keep say will reshipping postpone date till they say will reshipping again on March 7th should get 10 to 18 days ..still no package .. 3 different I order seem scam is Factorysale , Summers’s, Tcizo I still don’t received package .

I ordered a purse from this site after almost 2 months said it was delivered but I never received anything. They "ordered " it again for me over a month tracking says it's still in China I guess I'll be waitin awhile for my purchase. Shame though to take advantage.

I ordered items on Feb 2, 2023. Have not received them. I am communicating with them. But to no avail. They said I received my package last Friday, that it was placed in my mailbox. I did receive a ring on that day (in my mailbox). I emailed that info to them, with the comment that all that I had ordered would not fit in my mailbox, their reply... It was a gift to ensure my address was correct. And asked if I would accept the order if they sent it out. My reply, no. Please refund my $51.09 USD. I got a response with an offer of 25% refund and cancel my order? WHAT? Naturally, I did not accept their "offer". Again, requested a full refund. They came back with an offer of 50% then 75% and today 90%. Still said no. No more negotiating - send refund by end of business day. I haven't heard back yet. But don't believe I will. I have printed all the emails to take to my bank tomorrow to get the charge reversed. Perhaps in time, (if they do refund after the bank credits my account), they may request a refund from me, I'll start the negotiating at 10%. Scam for sure. I will never order through Facebook again.
My order was 21/02/2023. Exactly the same as you. They sent out a ring which they said was to check if the delivery dress was correct. They sent out another parcel (so they said), and after waiting now nearly 2 months of tracking every day, the last track stated delivered. Which it wasn’t. The order was for over £40, .

I sure wish I had seen this site before I ordered and paid for 26 items from TZICO. I have received absolutely nothing from this company, even though their tracking number says it was delivered to my mailbox. I will be filing a fraud report and disputing the charges asap. Fortunately it was only 42.00 or so , so it isnt that painful of a lesson learned. I , like I believe a few others who have commented on this topic here, found this company advertised on Facebook back in January 2023.
I have had continuous problems trying to get my replacement order, and then when they didn’t arrive, a refund. I get the same emailed response from a different customer service representative every time I try contacting them. I have no order and no refund and it’s been three months. I am so frustrated trying to get answers from them - I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND buying from Tcizo, they are an absolute sham of a so-called business and I feel helpless trying to get my money back. Had an email telling me they had delivered my parcel but had nothing. Emailed them and they said they had contacted the courier and I had 'signed' for the parcel....... Um, no I didn't. They are now saying it must have been stolen and they will only refund me 1/2 of what I paid. Total scam!!
Am also awaiting order placed 22/01/23. Have emailed them 4 times asking where and when to be delivered. Not getting a straight answer stating warehouse out of stock.
So far after a couple dozen orders I have to say so far I have received everything I ordered and the quality is good. I enjoy shopping here.

You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

They are definitely a scam, as I ordered 9 items & didn't receive any of them. I managed to track the NZ tracking number and contacted NZ Post to follow up on this delivery for me, as I hadn't received my ordered items but according to the tracking information my items had been delivered a week earlier. NZ Post sent me a photo file of the small 1kg box that they delivered. Surprise, surprise I found out that this tracking number related to a cheap & nasty ring that I received the week before, instead of my ordered items. It had a card inside saying congratulations on your purchase and at the time I couldn't work it out where it had come from, or who had sent it. I contacted my bank & sent the photo file & my communications with this scam company to them. After waiting over a week for their investigation, the bank has just credited my payment back to my account. I emailed this scam company that my bank was going to credit back to my account and since then they have persistently sent me emails saying that they will resend my items, or refund me. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF IT. I have now blocked all emails from TCIZO, as I feel that I am being harassed by them & whatever I have said to them in my previous emails seems to fall on deaf ears. Even after all evidence that I provided to them they would totally ignore what I was saying & keep showing me the same tracking information & ask if I would like my items resent. Naturally, I said no that I want nothing more to do with them & that I don't want to hear from them either. It has been an extremely stressful & frustrating ordeal, so avoid them like the plague.
I’m going through exactly the same thing here in NZ. It has caused me so much frustration and their standard template responses drive me nuts!! I unfortunately said yes to the replacement items and then wasted another five weeks waiting before I realised it was never coming. So now I’m waiting for a refund…yeah right! $200 loss is bad enough, but the feeling of helplessness that I can’t take action is even worse for me! We won’t do it again huh ???❤️

They send me a silver colour ring only. This site is cheating the people. I sent several emails not responding. Also their email address are not working. Please don't order anything from this cizo/t cizo site. Nobody will not getting any items or money back.
I stupidly ordered from this site and have not received a thing from them. I have talked to my credit card company and nothing can really be done.
The site prices were in CAD but I was charged US funds.
So, ladies and gentlemen spread the word that this site is a BIG scam.

Yes this is a scam site I purchased 3 wigs and jewelry that was Dec 20th I haven't received anything and they sent me an email that said it was delivered 3days ago.I've tried to email them but the email I have is not found and there is no number for support. If I knew how I would sue the pants off this people. Looking for answers.

I found them on Facebook. I also ordered several very nice looking cheap outfits. I have received nothing! Not even the ring. This also happened with a $50. Order to Memeteno another scam.

Isn't Facebook also responsible for these scams, because they are the ones that supplied the platform they used to reach us? It seems very likely Facebook is responsible and we know how to get a hold of them. They should be sued so they would have to stop the scamming sites. It's very hurtful to think they robbed you on purpose, knowingly, willingly.

I agree with you, Facebook should be held accountable as they are the forum thru which we made contact with cizo. The sales ad had all the ear markings of a legitimate site, including the logos you look for such as McAfee and such.
