I purchased two items and it says they were delivered on the 1st of August but I have not received any of my orders. How do I get a refund? Or is that even possible.

Scam! Website now gone
I ordered and electric surfboard a month ago, it said its here. I have yet to received it. Summer will be over soon, sure would be nice to try it out,if it ever gets here.
So far they've emailed me back several times because I had concerns but they have giving me tracking numbers for both of my orders and now it's in route for delivery. So far so good I guess , I just hope the products are actually what they describe!
