Scam artists. I ordered a nightmare on elm street glove and sweater display in a case. It cost me £40 and when it was delivered it was just a picture of it in a low quality frame. They refused me a refund.
Same as above. "Book Nook" was some 4"x4" unpainted Balsa wood cutouts each with tons of tiny pieces etched, and some tweezers, small mirror, and a 2"x2" square of fake grass. ZERO instructions. I bought a book nook, NOT a book nook kit. And especially a kit not even to size and its no instructions. Totally feel like an idiot. Would probably feel less stupid of they just hadn't sent anything!
I agree with the other comments! This company is ? percent a scam!! I bought the Harry Potter bookend for my daughter for Christmas of this year 2021. What I received was thin cut out pieces of wood and paper. There was no mention of this when ordering. This isn't even worth $10.00!! Please do not buy from this company.
Scam. No instructions. Just pieces of bare wood, tape and cardboard cutouts. Very disappointing. Lesson learned
I'm currently negotiating with them because I ordered the Book Corner Magic Alley Booknook Bookshelf Inserts Prefabricated Book, and received nail care items and some random wooden sheets of something - I can't identify what they are for. When I pushed back, they upped their offer to 15% refund and told me that if I want a full refund, the cost of return shipping is on me. I have pushed back, so we will see but - I think they are a scam, I have doubts that the item is worth the money, and I would highly recommend not purchasing from them. I will update if this improves.
100% a scam! We ordered a spooky advent calendar w an led light up sign and doors and windows that open. What we got was a printed a picture enlarged it till it was blurry and pasted it on plastic w no light. We also ordered 3 projector pumpkins that sang and told jokes. What we got was 3 dollar store pumpkins.
This is a scam. We tried it to see what happened and the bookshelf inserts that came was just pieces of unpainted wood, some tweezers, and fake grass. No instructions even. The email provided does not work.
