Artsfairy is a Bluff compay which delivered clothes of extreme poor quality to me with no resemblance of the photo and description in ArtsFairy internet catalogue. Linen/cotton clothes came as nylon/ polyester, the colors and form did not either match the catalogue. Return was totally impossible and even after 6 mails to support@artsfairy.com they refused to give a return adress.
After contacting the Consumer agency in Sweden it became clear that the company has at present its base in Kina and is a scam company.
After a while, the clothes in Artsfairy catalogue appeared on internet with a new name, Alice linen.
How do you unsubscribe from their site please?
Yes they only delivered 2 out of 4 orders and took money and not refund. It took almost 2 months to deliver so I was suspicious and so relieved to receive but quality was so bad!! It said linen cotton but definitely not linen not even cotton!! Synthetic material and broken buttons. They asked me to pick other items as they sold out rest of order . I said there is anything I would like so need to be refund. After that there is no response!!
What a scam! Fause advertising and dodgy company.
