I ordered a coat after several weeks heard nothing so wrote asking for update was told item out of stock. Asked for alternative also out of stock. Was told could have a refund but it would take a long time. Fortunately I paid by PayPal so am able to speed up the refund process. These people are very dishonest half the stuff on the sight is out of stock but not updated so you order and pay for something they don’t have. The excuse given is that they have a lot of stock so difficult to update. What a load of rubbish. I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from them as they are very likely to be disappointed.
I ordered last May and June. Never got items. They don't return emails. Disappointed
I placed an order that took over a month to just ship. Once received the items were nothing like pictured. The quality was awful and the customer service is a joke. I wish I could post screenshots of my emails. It’s all lies and a total scam.
